A great place to relax and enjoy the Sun and Sea, in this newly built 4th floor apartment, which is ideal for couples and families. There are fantastic views from the large balcony area, which faces the communal pool, and excellently maintained gardens, which although are shared are closed to the general public. The apartment is tastefully appointed with a contemporary style and highly equipped.
The area is very peaceful and will not suit lovers of Ibiza style holidays, but there are plenty of bars and some excellent restaurant very close by. The famous Blue Flag beach of La Mata is only a few minutes walk away. There is lots to see and do in this very lively and cultural part of Spain.

Includes SATELLITE TV in the living room, with plenty of English channels and movies. There is an awful lot within the apartment to keep everyone occupied, including VCR's and TV's in the bedrooms.
There is an X-Box console and a few games to help keep the kids occupied when indoors, feel free to bring some more of your own for your stay.
A very large choice of video films, games and books are also available. Please feel free to bring your favourite cds or dvds to watch or listen to.
The kitchen is well equipped, including oven and hob and plenty of cutlery, plates and glasses.
There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the living areas, thereby helping to keep you cool.
Don't worry about it being on the Fourth Floor, there is lift access and a phone entry system on the main door.

There is some outdoor seating also, to help you take advantage of the large balcony areas and weather.
The balcony is very large and has the advantage of being bathed in sunshine in the morning, but as it gets really hot, is shaded in the afternoons.
The best part of the outdoors, for me, were the gardens, kept so nicely and private from the public. The option of a dip in the pool or lying out under the Sun...wonderful!
Torremar VI swimming pool is officially opened from the 15 June to the 15 September which is under the responsibility of a lifeguard company.
Opening hours: 10am to 3pm and 4pm to 9pm.
Outside the official lifeguard protection dates as shown above, proprietors who wish to use the pool do so at their own risk. They may obtain and pay for a pool access key from Les Bedford, President Flat Bajo A (Torremar VI) Where they will sign a responsibility disclaimer document accepting the use of the pool at their own risk, leaving the Main Community non-responsible.
Other services such as welcome packs can be organised upon request.
We do allow smoking at our apartment - but only on the balcony please.
Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach/swimming towels.
A £50 per week non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
Keys will be given and collected from you by our representative at the apartment. A 200 Euro Key Deposit is required on arrival, which is refundable on departure.
Clients must replace any damaged or broken goods.
Late bookings are accepted.
As per EU law, it is recommended that holiday makers take out full travel insurance; this is advisable especially against flight cancellations, theft, accidents etc.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is a wonderful area to holiday in, with good sunshine most of the year, very hot Summers and very mild Winters.
There are plenty of natual and man made attractions for you to visit, from the beaches and beauty spots to the museums. Lots of outdoor activities and the perfect weather to do them in.
The wider area also includes ancient ruins from Roman times through the ages - lots of history around here.
There are lots of sporting activites from golf to horse riding, water sports etc. The waters around Torrivieja are said to have healing properties, due to the salt content and it is said to be one of the healthiest places in Europe to live and presumably to visit.
The Torrevieja Area / La Mata area
There are lots of very nice places to eat and drink in the area.
Our personal favourite was Don Federico's, which is very conveniently close by. Excellent food, drink and service there, we always go back.
There is a much larger choice of places to go in the area and very few if any that we have found fault with.
There is almost always a festival or fiesta going on, all year round, with plenty of markets to visit also. There are also other tourist attractions such as a Water Park and other theme parks
Overall an abundance of wonderful Spanish customs and traditions.
