This beautifully furnished apartment is situated at Playa Flamenca and is superbly located 300m from 2 excellent family beaches (Blue Flag).
Nearby facilities include a large supermarket, 2min walk and the popular Playa Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre, with numerous bars, restaurants and shops to suit all tastes, within a 5 min walk. A perfect base for a relaxing holiday for sunbathers, golfers, couples and families alike. It is in the heart of a golfers paradise with courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor within 15min drive. The world famous La Manga Golf resort is 45min away. The apartment, overlooking the pool, has a superb solarium with sea view.
The apartment contains a large open plan lounge, with Parisian balcony, dining and kitchen area. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and a family bathroom. The large private solarium is reached via the private staircase , large table with 6 chairs and sun loungers.

Conditions
Payment methods - cheque or bank transfer. Notes on rental rates - A 20% non-refundable deposit is required - minimum of £100 to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. If your arrival date is within 8 weeks of booking date then full payment is required. A £100 security bond is also required in the unlikely event of any breakages etc. Payable by cheque, which will be returned within 2 weeks of end of stay, provided keys are returned and there are no damages. The owner reserves the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to the property caused by the client.
It is advisable that the Client obtains their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations etc. In the event of the owner cancels then all monies will be refunded. All information offered by the owner forms part of the booking conditions. Distances and descriptions are offered in good faith and these terms and conditions apply to all bookings and the client is deemed to have accepted these conditions.
Linen and house towels are included. Beach towels not provided. There is a charge of 45 euros (for 4 people +10 euros for each additional person) for cleaning after your departure. This is payable on arrival in euros. On the day of arrival you will have access to the property no later than 4pm. We ask that on departure you vacate the apartment by 10am. If there is no arrival expected on your day of departure we can be flexible with the departure time. The final decision on this is with the key holder. Special long term rentals: Discounts given for rental of 3 weeks and longer. Please contact the owner with your requirements for further details. Airport Transfers can be arranged and we can recommend an excellent local Car Hire company who will meet you at Murcia or Alicante airport or can drop off a car at the apartment if you prefer.

After reading the previous review I was a bit cautious about booking this apartment, however, I was thoroughly impressed with the location and apartment. There is a large supermarket across the road, large shopping centre within 10 minute walking distance (including shops restaurants and bars) and a complex of bars and restaurants just 5 min walk away! The beach is also about 5 minutes walk away which was beautiful. There is a large communal pool with gardens surrounding. The apartment had a lovely roof solarium and 2 smaller balconies which were perfect for sitting on during the morning and afternoon. The apartment was clean and well looked after. For the price you pay for this apartment it is hard to make a complaint! There was a slight smell coming from the bathroom but it cannot be helped as it was coming from the drains. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend. Thankyou. |

We visited this apartment for 5 nights from March 31st 2013. This apartment ticked all our boxes. It was easy to find from the airport with the super directions given by the owner. It was quite spacious with plenty of room for myself , my husband and two teenage daughters. The rooftop terrace was lovely with great views. Too hot to sit in during the day though but great in the evening. Very large. The poolside was very clean with lots of shade if needed. The pool was very quiet and on some occasions we had it to ourselves which was great. The location was ideal with a short walk to the lovely beaches or a short walk in the other direction to lots of bars, restaurants and entertainment. I would book this apartment again and recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet peaceful day by the pool, with the option of having lots of entertainment on their doorstep. |
