Luxury resort-style development for residential and holiday lettings with 24hr- security and private underground garaging. Set in quiet landscaped tropical gardens with two free-form swimming pools, both with diving and children's sections, not high rise, just 4 storey throughout. Shops, restaurants, banks etc 5mins walk. Easy 10 min drive to Torrevieja the nearest town. Our apartment is on the ground floor and benefits from air conditioning and central heating. The well furnished sitting/dining room has a luxury sofa-bed which makes in to 2 separate single beds plus reclining leather sofa, dining table that can seat 6, Satelite TV with English channels, DVD & Video player, CD/Radio/Tape player.
Patio doors from both the sitting room and the bedroom lead to a private terrace with table,chairs and barbecue.
The American style kitchen has fitted breakfast bar, cupboards,marble worktops, ceramic hob, microwave, full size oven, freezer & fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is also an iron/ironing board, washer/dryer and hairdryer.
The fully equipped tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, twin wash basins with huge illuminated mirror and a separate shower cubicle. Separate w.c. and bidet. The large bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside drawer cabinets.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Torrevieja lies some 47kms from Alicante, the provincial capital, and about 35kms from the airports of Alicante and Murcia (San Javier).Torrevieja is located along the coast in the South of the Valencian Community. It is famous for its two large natural saltwater lagoons known as “Salterns of Torrevieja”. These saltwater lakes are considered the largest in Europe and are also famous for their large flocks of flamingoes. Punta Prima, Nr Torrevieja situated next to the sea in the south of the Valencian Community, is surrounded by two large natural salt-water lagoons. The local beaches have earned a staggering ‘sixty-seven’ European ‘Blue Flags’ and they vary from secluded sandy dunes with magnificent pinewood picnic areas to long flat sandy beaches extending many kilometers.

The town square is very picturesque, with a small church and street cafes. There are many shops of all kinds to explore and the harbour and new marina are not to be missed. Day trips to Isle of Tabarca can be taken and other boat excursions are available. Sitting at one of the town's harbour or beach side cafes with a glass of wine and watching the sun go down is an experience that cannot be beaten. Once the sun has gone down the street traders set up their stalls and the harbour front becomes a craft market and every Friday there is a huge street market - possibly the largest one in the Costa Blanca. Torrevieja was once solely a fishing village, fishermen still bring their catch in early morning and sell to traders and passersby, it is only minute’s drive from Blue Lagoon. There is a fabulous range of facilities, including the lovely esplanade, with its outdoor cafes and harbour area – perfect for an evening stroll. It also has many shops, tapas bars and restaurants, which are open all year round plus an incredible indoor market which sells a huge variety of fresh fish, fruit and vegetables. There are tennis and golf clubs, a flying club, a horse-riding school, a municipal sports centre and for the winter months an Olympic-sized indoor pool. There is also a water park (Aquapolis), fairground, theatre, 10 pin bowling centre and multi-screen cinema.

We promote four apartments within Panorama Park, three one bedroom and one two bedroom. Each comes fully equipped and lovingly furnished to a high standard but they have been individually furnished by the owner so the decor varies, but the basic facilities remain the same. All apartments are prepared on arrival with fresh linen and towels for up to four persons. There is no extra charge for a departure clean or laundry both are included in the rental - but we do ask that you leave the apartment as clean and tidy as you found it.
We do not expect you to do the laundry but to leave the used linen for us to take care of.
Should you be staying for more than one week and require a change of linen and fresh towels there is a charge of 20euros for this service.
Our apartments have been carefully looked after since day one by our representatives, Ray & Ollie Griffiths, who will meet you on the day of your arrival to hand over the keys and explain things to you. Ray & Ollie have lived in the Torrevieja area for some time, having moved from Wales, and are always happy to pass on tips and information about the area and its many shops, bars and restaurants.
