This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is in the fantastic VillaGolf complex which offers great facilities for all your holiday needs. The apartment location means you have plenty of choices on your doorstep whilst still being able to enjoy a quiet Sangria (or two!) if you wish on your private balcony. If you want something a bit livelier, a short stroll away is the renowned Commercial Centre with over 150 bars and restaurants catering for families, couples and groups alike. Beaches, Golf course and many other activities are near by. The waterpark, Casino and well known 'Habernas' shopping centre is another option to tempt you. With lots to see and do in our little piece of Spanish heaven combined with beautiful blue seas and bright sunshine (320 days a year) just a stroll away, we are sure you will have a fabulous holiday!!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca benefits from a warm and sunny climate virtually all year. There are scores of beaches, golf courses, holiday resorts and theme parks to choose from, including the famous Terra Mitica at Benidorm. The area also offers mountains, lakes and traditionally Spanish towns for a taste of real Spain and it's colourful markets and fiestas.
The major cities in the area are Murcia, Alicante and Valencia, which is hosting the Americas Cup in 2007, all are linked by a good transport and motorway network.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
Playa Flamenca is a modern holiday resort just south of Torrevieja. The famous Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre is full of bars, restaurants, night clubs and shops to cater for all tastes, including cuisine from all over the world. Nearby there are also many activities including tennis, go-carting and a water park. You also have the benefit of having another smaller commercial centre (La Florida) which has several bars and restarants right on your doorstep, it has a supermarket, bank , children's play area and other services. Plenty to choose from!
The bustling town and port of Torrevieja offers a more traditional Spanish way of life, with a seaside promenade lined with pavement cafes, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, stalls and street artists. There is a huge weekly market plus international shopping mall, cinema and water park.
