The property is spacious and versatile - whether you are a larger group or just a couple, you'll appreciate the space the apartment offers. If you want a quiet night in, you can watch your favourite UK channels, watch a DVD / video, having maybe cooked a meal in the well-equipped kitchen.
The two bathrooms are a godsend for larger groups, no queuing! The enclosed terrace is also brilliant - you can feel like your outside but yet be inside. Whether you want to eat on the terrace, or maybe sit out there and read a book or listen to some music, this is an area of the apartment that can now be used all year round no matter the weather.

The well-equipped roof solarium is everyone's favourite bit of the apartment - it offers so much space, excellent views and privacy. Recliners are provided as is dining set should you want to have a BBQ (also provided) or just a bite to eat outside. In the warmer months this is inevitably where most people spend their time and if you have small children you can also use the paddling pool to keep them cool. There are also plenty of umbrellas to provide some shade and a 'beach' shower to help cool you down.
Rates do not include cost of being met at the property by our key-holders or the post-rental clean; this charge is payable on arrival and dependent upon size of group:
1/2 people = 35 €
3 people = 40 €
4 people = 45 €
5/6 people = 50 €
Wi-Fi broadband is an optional extra. Prices range between £1-1.50 per night (the longer you stay the cheaper it becomes) and the exact cost will be quoted to you when you enquire.
If you are due to arrive at / vacate between the hours of 23:00 and 08:00 there will be an extra 10 € charge to reflect the unsociable hours our key-holders will have to meet you.
Welcome packs can be arranged for guests arriving late providing essential supplies until they can get to a shop.
£100 deposit or 20% of rental fee, whichever is greater, required to secure bookings. Balance due 6 week prior.
A security deposit of £125 or 20% of the rental fee, whichever is greater, is also required and should be paid no more than 2 weeks prior. If there is no damages or breakages this will be returned in full shortly after you vacate.
This is a no smoking property and any evidence of smoking inside and the deposit will be retained in full.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is a hugely popular area for a wide range of reasons but mostly the 300+ days a year of sunshine and the lovely, Mediterranean climate. For adults and children alike there is plenty to do; water parks, theme parks, go-karting and of the course the usual beach / water-based activities you associate with holidays. There is wide range of bars, restaurants to suit people of all ages and preference.
Whatever you look for in a holiday, the Costa Blanca and particularly the Southern Costa Blanca offers it all.
The Torrevieja Area / Dream Hills area
The advantage of this Urbanisation is that you have it all close at hand but you don't have it on your doorstep - if you want fun, a lively nightlife, etc then it is all there for you. If you prefer a quieter life then it is far enough way from everything else that it doesn't disturb you.
You have quieter commercial centres like Via Park III and Via Park V close at hand, as well as several supermarkets. In terms of activities, several beaches are all just a few minutes away as well as a wide variety of other things to do.

Alicante Airport is just 40 mins away, Murcia San Javier 25 mins and new Murcia Corvera International Airport estimated to be approx 50 mins away. The property is easily accessible from the AP-7 motorway or the N332. Comprehensive directions to the apartment are provided.
We can arrange transfers from airports if required, alternatively you could use the direct bus service from the airport (Alicante only) which takes you to Torrevieja Bus Station where we could arrange for you to be collected and taken to the apartment. Alternatively, you can drive yourself and if you do rent a car then we are able to recommend an excellent company that offer a great package that is much cheaper than most car rental companies. Better still, people who rent our property qualify for a 10% discount.

This was our first holiday abroad with the children, and really cannot fault it, accommodation was perfect for our needs, and did not lack in anything we needed, having access to the swimming pool was an added bonus, albeit a tad cold it being Oct. The location of the property was fantastic for us as we have family in the area. Plenty of bars, restaurants nearby, and Aldi at the bottom of the hill for essentials, we had a car with us which help with getting out and about and seeing the surrounding area, we were never stuck for something to do. Great time had by all.
Thanks for your lovely review, I'm so pleased all the family had a lovely time. We've become parents ourselves in the last couple of years and the apartment has really come into its own since our little girl arrived. It also means that we're more aware of what families with children need and so we've tried to make it as family friendly as we can.

Dream Hills 2 provided us with everything we needed for our stay. It is set in a beautiful location. It is close to local amenities but far enough away that you aren't disturbed.

The 3 of us had a really enjoyable time. Normally we have traditional hotel holidays but fancied doing something different. I found this property online and it seemed really nice, good pictures and I'd heard good things about the area from friends.
I contacted the Owner, Ian, and he replied very quickly and gave what was a very reasonable cost and we booked. It was all done very quickly and efficiently, he gave me loads of information about how to get to the apartment, arranged for us to be collected from the airport and generally set my mind at ease.
We were met at the airport as promised and taken straight to the property and it was exactly as we expected it to be - all the photos and descriptions were accurate, no nasty surprises! It is a lovely apartment, nice and spacious and really well-equipped. I was a bit concerned that it might be a bit strange stopping in someone else's place but it didn't feel like that. Yet it felt homely.
We had a lovely 10 days there, there is plenty of bars and restaurants nearby at the 2 Commercial Centres that are a short walk. To get further afield we used buses and a few taxis (very reasonable) and generally had a lovely time. It wasn't really hot being in October but still warm enough and we really enjoyed relaxing on the roof getting a bit of a tan and having a cold drink (or three). Our teenage son also really enjoyed himself, he managed to hook up with other kids his age, some on holiday, others that lived there, and so he was more than happy too.
Overall, this was a really lovely holiday and one that has made us think twice about the kind of holidays we have in future as this break was so relaxing.

Our prices are structured to take into account group sizes; a group of 4 or 5 will naturally use more electricity and water, there will be more wear and tear, etc and so we offer discounts for smaller groups.
We also offer a 'fair deal for parents' - this means that we don't put our prices up to coincide with school holidays. Therefore, for example, rates for Easter, Whitsun, etc are the same price as the rest of the month that the holiday falls in.
We will calculate an exact price dependent upon the exact no. of days and in which season the dates are. Therefore, if your stay spans more than one season the price will reflect this. Rates are based on 1-week stays but for longer stays we offer excellent discounts.
Long-term rentals are also welcome and we will offer you a rate to reflect the length, time of year and size of your group.
In addition to the rental rate, an additional 20% deposit or a min of £125, whichever is greater (max £400) to cover breakages / damages that occur. All being well, this will be returned within 10 days of the rental being completed.
Payments to the Owner can be made by direct bank transfer, cheque or PayPal (2% will be added to cover commission of using this method).
The charge for cleaning is paid locally on arrival & is dependent upon group size - minimum 35 € (based on 2) whilst the max is 50 € (6). Arrivals after 10.30pm and before 8am will incur a meeting charge of 10 €.
Before & after each let, any comments with regard to items not working or having been damaged are recorded. We may retain a proportion of your deposit if the apartment is left in an unsuitable condition - we ask that the apartment is left tidy in order that it only requires a standard clean but if our agents inform us that it was necessary to spend longer than normal we will retain this charge from your deposit - or that it is apparent that damage or breakages have occurred during the renters occupancy.
Please note that even if the apartment is left tidy but it is apparent that smoking within the apartment has occurred, the full deposit will be retained.
The Owner will advise of terms and conditions should you have to cancel your booking before the booking is confirmed.
We recognise that flights to / from the UK, particularly on budget airlines, may mean flight times are not ideal for 'standard' check-in/out arrangements and we try and be as flexible as we can to accommodate this.
Generally speaking, we would ask that you vacate the apartment by no later than 11am on the day of your departure, whilst on the day or of your arrival you may not be able to access the apartment until 4pm onwards.
However, if we can be more flexible, rest assured that we will and better still, there will be no extra charge. You should expect the above arrangements to be adhered to in the event of back-to-back rentals, which we will advise when you book.
