. Fabulous quiet location, yet close to excellent local restaurants, bars and supermarket within 10 mins walk. Many wonderful beaches,walks and bike rides to chose from just a short drive away, Nearest beach is Punta Prima just 5 mins. Main town of Torrevieja approx 10 mins drive away with many bars and restaurants, world famous salt flats, a nature park, aqua park, cinema, bowling alley, excellent shopping facilities including open air street markets. Other activities include fishing, horse riding, go-Karting. We also have two bikes at the property which you are welcome to use.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The area is famous for salt flats. being nearer to the salt Lakes the climate is usually drier and warmer than other areas, coupled with the fabulous Blue Flag beaches at Playa Flamenca. Naturally the beaches are non-tidal and safe for the young.
Torrevieja area / Orihuela Costa area
The historic maritime town of Torrevieja, only 10 mins drive away has many attractions with its waterfront bars and restaurants. There is an aqua park, cinema,bowling alley, excellent shopping facilities. Open air street markets are on every day of the week in different towns. The nearest is at Playa Flamenca on Saturdays. There is also local go-cart racing, horse riding http://www.ventura-golf.com/html/horse_riding.html fishing. and water sports such as jet skies and para sailing. There are three excellent golf courses nearby, Villamartin, http://www.golfvillamartin.com Campoamor http://www.campoamor.com and Los Ramblas http://www.golframblas.com If it's lively bars and restaurants you are after Playa Flamenca Plaza has is home to over fourty bars and restaurants. Free coach trips available with local pick-up points to places of interest most days of the week. How to get there
Las palmeras, Orihuela Costa, is 5km South of Torrevieja, close to Los Altos, Punta Prima and Playa Flemenca. Access via N332 coastal Road. The property is situated 20mins from Murcia (San Javier Airport) and 40 mins from Alicante. Numerous flights available from airlines such as JET2, Monarch, Ryanair, BMI-Baby, FlyBe and Easy-Jet, to name a few.If you wish we can assist you with choosing your flights free of charge. Inexpensive car hire from around 15 Euros a day from www.carjet.es, while car hire is not essential it is recommended. Airport transfers can be arranged for you.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Length of stay and changeover date is flexible. The weekly rate is for the house regardless of how many people are staying. For example: If the weekly rate is £315, this works out at £45 a day (Only £7.50 a day per person). £100 non-refundable deposit will secure your dates, balance due eight weeks prior to arrival. A further £150 security deposit required, a week before arrival, returnable after satisfactory inspection of the property. In addition to the rental a one off cleaning fee of £50 is payable.Air-con available by prior arrangement and charged at cost. We accept payment by Pay Pal. Long term winter letting considered.
