It's location is excellent - nearest beach is 5 minute car journey and beaches include Playa Flamenca, LA Zenia, Cabo Roig, Guardamar and Campoamor. Very close to shopping centres (e.g. Habenaras and newly opened ZENIA BOULEVARD), excellent restaurants, which are very reasonable.
Close to Villamartin, Los Dolses, and Playa Flamenca urbanisations where there are excellent restaurants including Papaya Tree, Banana Tree, Clubhouse, the Square and Bogeys. All these come highly recommended. Also great nightlife nearby.
If it's golf you are after then apartment within 10 minute drive of Las Colinas (voted No1 golf course in Spain 2011), La Ramblas and closest is Villamartin, where its restaurant plaza provides great food and night entertainment. There are 4 sets of golf clubs available in the apartment to use free of charge on local courses. Saves at least £60 airline carriage charges

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Torrevieja Area / Dream Hills area
Our homely appartment is located in Dream Hills, Los Altos, 10 minutes drive from Torrevieja and many sandy beaches, shopping malls, top class golf courses and is within walking distance to a choice of bars, communal pools, restaurants and shops. The beaches are not the only attraction the area has to offer, there are three 18 hole Golf Courses (Real Club de Golf de Campoamor, Club de Golf Las Ramblas and Club de Golf Villamartin) within a radius of 3 km, all three are excellent golf courses of international prestige. There is also the new Las Colinas Golf Club within 10 minute drive which has recently been voted Spain's No1 golf course!! There are also numerous restaurants that provide cuisine for all tastes, from traditional Spanish Tapas to the delights of Italian, French, Chinese, Indian and Mexican food. With its warm climate, friendly people and countless amenities Torrevieja makes the perfect location for a holiday.
Recently opened is the new LA ZENIA BOULEVARD SHOPPING MALL which is a 5 minute drive away. You will see from Google everything it has to offer. It's well worth a visit. There is also the Habenaras shopping mall with many well recognised shops and only a 10 minute drive away.

Very nice ground floor apartment with a sunny terrace/ tiled garden area. We stayed with a toddler, everything was just right, we used the high chair and travel cot from the apartment, our little girl enjoyed the private garden and we could prepare everything for her and us in the fully equipped kitchen. As well, the apartment is located in a quiet area, so we went for walks to several playgrounds and to nearby restaurants.
We had a nice stay, and we would surey book this apartment again.

Thank you so much for great holiday. We had a lovely time. Apartment is very nice and clan,great or family stay. In the kitchen you will find almost everything if you need to cook. Swimming pool is large and clean and there is lots of space to relax . 5 min walking distance is Via Park V where you will find great English restaurants and bars.
