The complex was built in 2006 and is fully secure, with a key access communal outdoor swimming pool, offering safety and peace of mind for parents with children.
Well within easy walking distance are supermarkets, local shops, banks, pharmacy, cafes/bars, and wide range of restaurants and plenty of night life. Where a short drive offers, 3 championship golf courses, Go-Karting, aqua park, tennis, horse riding, quad bikes, paintballing, beautiful blue flag beaches and many more attractions.

As you enter the apartment you will find yourself in the spacious and light lounge/dining room area, offering seating for 4 around the table and 4 in the more comfortable lounge. For when you are having a quiet evening in, there are UK TV channels available (so you needn't miss out on the soaps) and a table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy your meal el-fresco. This meal can be easily prepared in the compact but well supplied kitchen. Situated between the twin bedroom and double bedroom with en-suite, is the modern and stylish W/C and shower room with bidet. When you take the stairs up to the solarium, you will find a fantastic, exclusive sun trap area that gives you the sun all day, where sun loungers, chairs/table and bbq are waiting for your use, with a cold water tap/hose available to cool you off. An ideal area to relax and laze around without using up too much energy.

Within the secure key access only complex you will find the beautifully maintained and well kept gardens with lush grass, subtle plants and palm trees, that gives a luxurious yet safe feel ,knowing little ones can't accidentilly leave the enclosed area. The oasis to be found, is the gated, communal swimming pool area that has plenty of surrounding grassed space with palm trees for shade, to relax whilst watching the children enjoying the family orientated pool.
Further details
The English speaking key holder will meet you on arrival and show you the property facilities and the local amenities. There is a 40 euro cleaning/laundry charge that you should pay direct to the key holder on your arrival or departure. All linen and towels are provided including beach towels. Should you require it, we offer a very competetively priced pick-up/drop-off facility from the airports: Alicante 70 euro return and Murcia 40 euros return. Additionally, a welcome pack of bread, milk, breakfast things etc and cots, stairgates etc can be arranged direct with the key holder upon request.
Conditions
A 10% deposit will secure the dates that you require, with the balance to be paid 21 days prior to your flight date. Late bookings will require payment in full.
Same Sex parties will be asked for an additional deposit of 100€ which is refundable upon inspection by the property management team upon your departure.
It is kindly requested that for the benefit of later users that smoking be restricted to the balconies or solarium.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The southern Costa Blanca mediterranean coast is a truly welcoming and sun kissed region with year round warmth and culture. Today Torrevieja is famous for its beaches, golf and family tourism, but its history is very different. The towns twin saltpans still produce a million tons of salt each year and are now a unique wetland ecosystem and a protected nature reserve that provides habitat for more than 250 species of birds with the most spectacular being the flamingos.
The Torrevieja Area / Los Altos, Torrevieja area
Los Altos is located on the southern outskirts of Torrevieja and is 10 minutes from a choice of lovely blue flag beaches with crystal clear water lapping at the golden sand. The nearest beach/cove is Nautilus, which offers a lovely restaurant with great food and views and a visit is highly recommended. 3 championship golf courses, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are all within easy reach. The very popular saturday market at Playa Flamenca is a great way to integrate with the friendly local community, while a short walk within Los Altos offers a number of English and Spanish bars, cafes and shops. Torrevieja has a modern marina/promenade with evening market stalls, that is ideal to walk off that meal and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Although Murcia is the closest airport to the apartment it is not as big as Alicante and you may find that it is not as easy to secure a flight on the dates you want. However, most budget airlines fly to Alicante from the majority of the UK's airports. We have personal experience of Monarch and were very pleased with them. If you choose Alicante then the recommended route is on the coastal route N332 as the motorway is a toll road. Again we used Hertz car hire and had no problems, although all major car hire firms operate out of the airport. The drive on the costal road took 35 minutes to the apartment.

the apartment provides excellent value for money, it is extremely well appointed with everything you could want on your holiday. the solarium area is wonderful for private sunbathing and a great place to bbq and eat. the surrounding area has many wonderful restaurants, the local spanish restaurant is excellent as is the italian restaurant Puccini's also the wok buffet is really great value, all you can eat for a miserly 8:95 euro's!.all in all our friends and us had a wonderfully relaxing two weeks and have already booked again for next year. |

The apartment was absolutely superb. Near enough to everything and just far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. With everyone pulling in the purse strings, this great place at a fair rate deserves to stand out. We will be using it again soon.
