The house is located in the suburbs of the resort town of Torrevieja, aprox 30 minutes south of Alicante Airport.
The town has a wide range of restaurants, pubs and shopping within easy reach for the varying needs of the holidaymaker or family group.
Ideal location to relax by the pool or enjoy the local beaches.

The area is renowned for its hospitality towards Spanish families over many years and summers and also now towards the increasing number of Northern Europeans discovering it’s relaxed atmosphere.
You can enjoy the year round warm climate of the area.
Torrevieja area / Aguas Nuevas area
The town’s Aquapark opens during the summer months and a new theme park, Terra Mitica is located north of Alicante.
The town has a regular and efficient bus service in and out of the town centre and to the beaches, but, for families, with young children or teenagers, car hire would be invaluable to take advantages of the beautiful beaches and amenities up and down the coast.
La Mata beach is 3 km from the house
There are three excellent golf courses: Villamartin (Championship), Campoamor and Las Ramblas open all year round.
There are several markets nearby, the largest is 5km outside Torrevieja.
How to get there
Fly to Alicante or Murcia airports, the house is aprox 30 mins from either airport.
Pickups from airports can be arranged, car rental available at both airports, recommend that you book in advance - www.carjet.com is competitive

One single sized bedroom is located downstairs as is a convenient toilet and sink. A marble spiral staircase leads upstairs. Upstairs, two large sized bedrooms and the main bathroom are located at this level, the main bedroom has a double bed, lockers, built in wardrobe and sliding patio door to a south facing sun terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, lockers and wardrobe. Also available, a spare fold out bed.
