The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non-golfers alike and only 5 minutes from AP7 motorway. There is a communal pool just 1 minute walk from the Apartment.
With beaches, water sports, Tennis Club, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all within 15 minute drive. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. Opposite La Finca Golf Course and 4 more championship Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive from this property making it the ideal location for a golfing holiday. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. There are two cities within 40 minutes drive - Alicante to the north is one of the most well-known towns along the Costa Blanca, with it's wonderful boulevard, with palm trees and long alleys for nice relaxing walks and shopping. Alicante is starting point for thousands of tourists every year. Famous for its excellent weather, miles of sandy beaches and with many historical buildings around the entire city. Alicante offers countless sightseeing attractions, from cathedrals to churches and of course a wonderful harbour area. The city invites you to take a trip along the coast or to the wonderful island of Tabarca. Additionally to sightseeing, directly from the harbour area a long wide sandy beach leads its way up to San Juan. Just drop your towel in the sand and enjoy a wonderful day at the sun.
Torrevieja area / Los Altos/Punta Prima area
Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet, market and funfair. There are restaurants by the sea and a new development with Hypermarket, Bowling, Cinema, Amusements and a selection of restaurants just outside. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea), La Manga and hiking in the mountains are all within an hours drive on modern roads with little traffic.
This first floor apartment is only five minutes from the sea and ten minute drive from Torrevieja, Guardamar and Los Montesinos where you will find a varied selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Air- Conditioned apartments you have the lounge area which is equipped with a double sofa bed and armchair, TV with UK channels including radio channels, cd/radio player, coffee table and patio doors leading out to a large sun terrace with patio table and chairs. Dining area with table and 4 chairs. Quality furniture is used throughout.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect. Utility room
Air- Conditioned Master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps and a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. En-Suite with bath, shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Just 2 minute walk there is a large supermarket and within a 10 minute walk you have the choice of some of the best sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca.
Golf Courses : 5 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Within 15 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

There is also a returnable damage deposit, All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is a one off 45 euros cleaning charge payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.
