Casa Anna is located in a quiet residential area with 2 swimming pools, bars and local restaurants and only 10 mins away you will find the nearest beach of Playa Flamenca which boasts one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. The local markets are a must for any bargain hunter, or to pick up the local fresh fruit and vegetables
There are lovely parks nearby for that picnic under a shady tree where you can play boles or just relax

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca or "white coast" is situated to the north and Costa Del Sol in the south, and is within the region of Valencia with the warm Mediterranean on its shores. This region of Spain has an average of 320 sunny days per year and excellent all year round temperatures.
Torrevieja area / Dream Hills area
Our apartment is in Los Altos, 10 minutes drive from Torrevieja and its many sandy beaches, coves, top class golf courses and is within walking distance to a choice of bars, restaurants and shops. Torrevieja is located south of Alicante next to the crystal clear waters of Spain's Costa Blanca and surrounded by two large natural saltwater lakes. It is 47 km from Alicante, the provisional capital, and 35 km form the airport "El Altet". This region of Spain has an average of 320 sunny days per year and excellent all year round temperatures. Together with the inexpensive flights to either one of its airports, Alicante or Murcia, this area of Spain is fast becoming Europe’s most popular golfing and beach holiday destination. The attractive sea front is a string of secluded inlets, beaches of golden sand, well-cared for residential districts and two quiet marinas. From the north to the south a lively inlet and an open beach, both with full facilities and a well-cared for promenade, are followed by a series of small inlets with clear waters ideal for diving. The beaches are not the only attraction the area has to offer, as in addition there are three 18 hole Golf Courses (Real Club de Golf de Campoamor, Club de Golf Las Ramblas and Club de Golf Villamartin) within a radius of 3 km, all three are excellent golf courses of international prestige. There are numerous restaurants that provide cuisine for all tastes, from traditional Spanish Tapas to the delights of Italian, French, Chinese, Indian and Mexican food. With its warm climate, friendly people and countless amenities Torrevieja makes the perfect location for a holiday.

Prices may be subject to change at the owner's dicretion A non refundable deposit of 25% of total cost is payable at the time of booking. Balance of payment required 8 weeks before departure. Minimum rental period 3 days. Easter carries a 20% surcharge.
An additional security deposit is required with final payment. This will be returned in full by Anita & Colin the key holders on departure, subject to no loss or damage being discovered to the property on your departure and upon the return of keys. Prices include bed linen and towels. (Not pool)

April 2008 We have just returned from a lovely relaxing time at Anne & Paul's apartment, I would like to thank A & P for arranging the fantastic weather !, which always makes a difference. The pagola on the sun terrace was a god send and the additional touch of the beautiful flowers was lovely. Thanks to Anita & Colin and their neighbour Janet who were all very helpful and only live across the road, so we had very helpful information about the surrounding area and places to visit. Will def be back and will be speaking to Anne shortly to arrange our next stay Gemma & Paul, Hereford
27th March 2007 - "we have just returned from our stay in the lovely apartment on the beautiful Costa Blanca. The weather was kind to us to lots of sunbathing on the roof terrace and only a short trip to the fridge for our cold drinks, very relaxing quite environment with 2 smashing pools. We took the opporitunity to do a bit of site seeing and would recommend a trip to the city of Murcia, stunning cathedral and lots of fab bars. Anita & Colin are a mine of information and only live across the road, they were very helpful and recommended lots of places to visit. We look forward to booking our return journy to explore more of the lovelry coast line Susan & John, London"
September 2007 When we arrived the British representatives could not have been more helpful, with handy tips on the apartment, lots of information on the local bars and restaurants, information on beaches, markets and much much more - the owners of this apartment are very lucky indeed to have Anita and Colin looking after their apartment - nothing is too much trouble for them and they only live across the road from Casa Anna so very convenient.
The apartment has lots of information booklets so we planned a few trips ourselves and we would recommend you take a trip to Guadalest near Benidorm in the mountains, it’s about an hours’ drive but well worth it, the small town is very quaint with lots of lovely shops and cafes, the views are stunning overlooking a wonderful reservoir, unfortunately we did not have time to go down to the reservoir as apparently you can have a tour - we will make time on our next visit.
All in all we had a wonderful stay at Casa Anna in a lovely apartment with everything we needed to make it a very special holiday.
