This one bedroom apartment has been furnished to a high specification and is equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday. The lounge has Sky TV with English channels including sports channels and English radio stations. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and double bedroom. The spacious glazed balcony has a patio table and chairs perfect for dining or just relaxing with a drink.
The apartment is in a peaceful area but has a good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets just a few yards from your door. The beautiful long sandy beach of La Mata is close by, with the beaches, marina and town of Torrevieja just 5 mins drive away. If you prefer not to hire a car, there is a local bus service available.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
It is a ten minute stroll to La Mata beach and a few minutes walk to a variety of supermarkets, bars and restaurants With many beauiful beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs enclose and protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches. To the north of the town there are miles of golden sandy beaches backed by Pine and Palm clad dunes. There are some of the best Blue Flag beaches in the area and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children.. The villages of Fortuna and Archena are home to the famous natural spa waters of the area. The Mar Menor area is traditionally known for its mud baths which are said to eleviate symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism. For the golf fanatics there are some of the best golf courses on the coast within just a short drive away. The cities of Alicante and Murcia are just 30 - 40 minutes away and have some beautiful historical buildings and churches. If you wish to go a little further afield, just a 1 hour drive way is Benidorm where you can visit the famous Teramitica Theme Park and Mundomar. This area of Spain offers something for everyone.
Torrevieja area / La Mata area
The town of Torrevieja is a five minute drive away. The Palm tree lined promenades are an ideal place for a leisurely stroll, or to just sit and watch the world go by, or visit on a summer evening and see them transformed into a market with stalls of every kind. Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. For the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week. La Mata market is held every Wednesday and Torrevieja's is held evey Friday. Why not visit the new shopping centre Las Habeneras where you can shop at C & A, Zara, H & M and many more shops. You will also find a variety of restaurants and bars and a 10 pin bowling alley and also a casino.

The American style kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. There is a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, iron and toaster.
The bathroom is fully tiled with full size bath and overhead shower, vanity unit and WC.
The double bedroom has twin beds, large wardrobe, ceiling fan and window to balcony.
Further details outdoors: The apartment has a spacious glazed balcony with patio furniture. The communal swimming pool is set in a pretty, well kept, grassed area with flowering shrubs and trees. There is also a communal roof terrace available for sunbathing or drying clothes.
