This luxury villa is just 2 minutes Drive from Villamartin plazza,with lots of quality dining, and good bars. The villa is also close to the motorway network. La Zenia beach is just 5 minutes Drive away with it's crystal clear waters and soft white sandy beach. The beach is situated on both sides of the La Zenia hotel and offers safe swimming and access to beach bars and restaurants. Sun beds and parasols are available to hire for a reasonable price.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This is a blue flag beach region with 16 Kilometres of white sand. It has a good all year round climate making it possible to enjoy all the area has to offer all year round. The property proximity to Torrevieja means there are good local services of all kinds (ie restaurants entertainment) within 10 minutes drive. The area is also of interest with its natural reserves such as the salt marshes and pine groves of Campoamor. Guardamar and Alicante are only a short drive away as are La Manga and Murcia.

Torrevieja area / Entre Golf - Villa Martin area

The property is within 2 mins drive of Villamartin Golf Club and within 10 mins drive of Campoamor and Las Ramolas Golf Club. There is also a new golf course being constructed within 2 minutes walking distance from the villa. Torrevieja offers numerous shops and restaurants, and there are also children's fun fairs along the marina. Torrevieja also has a water park. Other large towns are within easy access with lots to see and do.

How to get there

Fly to Murcia or Alicante, from Murcia it is approximately 25 mins, and from Alicante 40 mins. The roads are good and car hire is reasonably cheap.

The interior of this luxury villa is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms, a 1st floor balcony and a roof top solarium. The villa also has its own private pool and is In a wonderful location with everything in easy reach. It is perfect for families who love the beach life and relaxing, and also for golfers with a choice of 3 courses within 5 mins drive, and a number of other courses all within a 30 min drive.

The Villa has its own private pool in a tiled surround with shrubs and plants. There is roadside parking within a few feet of the property in a large parking bay.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa , however there are ashtrays provided on the terraces outside. Towels are provided for villa use only please do not take them to the beach. A non refundable deposit of £100 pw is required to secure your booking. An additional deposit of £150.00 is required prior to departure and will be returned two weeks after your return if the property is left in good order. Please report any damage or breakages on your return.

Conditions

Your balance must be paid 6 weeks prIor to departure. Payments can be made by cheque or direct into our bank account. Details will be given once a booking is made. A £150 refundable deposit is required against damages and this will be returned once the Villa is inspected after departure. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ALSO A 66 EURO CLEANING FEE TO BE PAID TO OUR KEYHOLDER ON YOUR ARRIVAL WHEN YOU COLLECT THE KEYS.

Fantastic, we really enjoyed ourselves, the villa is beautifully decorated and the furniture is good quality like being in a 5star hotel. BM

We appreciated the good standard of furniture, Kitchen, Cable TV, washing machine etc. The pool was perfect for the whole family, and our youngest son learnt to swim during the week. We also felt the villa was close enough to the sea. The beaches of Campoamore a few kilometres further on became a favourite. We will recommend it to our friends. JH
