Home description
Two floor duplex with roof terrace. First floor has a spacious open plan lounge/dining area including a double sofa bed, satellite TV (sky sports and British terrestrial etc), hot/cold air conditioning. Balcony with patio furnature. Separate kitchen complete with electric oven/hob, microwave, washine machine, fridge freezer etc. Second floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms comprising one double with air con. and balcony and a twin bedroom with balcony (and access to the roof terrace). The utility room houses golf clubs and items for the beach which can be used during your stay. A travel cot is also available.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The region of Costa Blanca is well known for its excellent beaches, climate and friendliness. Benidorm is just over an hour away. There are excellent golf courses (but you do need to book) and many markets.
Torrevieja area / La Florida area
Benidorm- Terra Mitica (like Alton Towers!), just north is Guadalest (picturesque village/castle) Torrevieja- Waterpark (more suitable for families with smaller children than the one in Benidorm) - Bowling/cinema/shopping complex near to Carrefour hypermarket. Golf courses- Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas. Beaches- La Zenia, Campoamor, Guadamar, Mar Menor (mud treatments!) Market- Large Saturday market at Playa Flamenca, am-2pm. Various towns of interest nearby.
How to get there
Various low budget airlines e.g. easyjet, ryanair, monarch etc. to Alicante (45 mins drive away) or to Murcia (20 mins away). In both cases you can hire a car at the airport, or we can arrange transport to collect you. To hire a car from the airport we have always used direct online booking through 'carjet' (www.carjet.com)

Further details indoors: Steps lead to the front door which, in turn, leads to a small hallway (coat racks). Access off to the kitchen and stairs leading to the second floor. Kitchen is fully equipped and leads through an archway into a spacious lounge/dining area. This has a three seater sofa bed and a double sofa. There is also a coffee table, occasional table, storage units, a dining table and four chairs. The fireplace has an electric log effect fire. Hot and cold air con. is easy to use. The TV satellite system gives you access to numerous channels, DVDs/CDs etc. There is a balcony with patio furniture. Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, linen, towels and hair dryer. The bathroom has a shower/bath, toilet and sink/vanity unit.
Further details outdoors: Each floor has a balcony which overlooks the communal pool. There is also a tiled roof/sun terrace with sun loungers. This is accessible via a spiral staircase (take care if you have drunk too much!!!). The pool is a good size surrounded by low level walls and private gates, it also has a patio area for sunbathing. Access to the complex is via 4 lockable gates which help provide security. There is a small complex of restaurants/bars and a supermarket nearby. There is also a public pool/restaurant complex within walking distance. There are no parking restrictions on the roads around the complex.
