This luxury apartment is situated in `La Entrada', part of the exclusive landmark development of Senorio De Punta Prima on Spains Costa Blanca. Comprising of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with full air conditioning for the hot summer days and heating (under floor in the bathroom) for those chillier winter evenings. The 2 bedrooms comfortably accommodate 4 people but can sleep 6 with the use of a sofa-bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. * PLEASE NOTE THAT SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE APARTMENT * Allocated parking is provided in the secure, CCTV monitored, underground car park. The complex has a manned security service and the apartment has an intercom system with alarm. Located on the ground floor, the apartment boasts a large terrace overlooking one of 3 swimming pools, all set within landscaped gardens. Next to the development is a newly laid Pitch and Putt course, also landscaped to feature lakes and waterfalls. A leisurely 5 minute walk brings you to the beach in one direction and bars, restaurants and shops in the other. A 10 minute drive takes you to many other safe, sandy beaches or the beautiful town of Torrevieja which, whilst catering for the tourists, still retains much of its Spanish charm. A regular bus service is available all year round. Also within a short drive are many newly constructed commercial centres with bustling cosmopolitan bars, restaurants and shops catering for every taste. The area is a golfers paradise boasting 5 major golf courses - Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campoamor, La Finca and La Marquesa. All of this is within easy reach of 2 airports, San Javier(Murcia) just 20 minutes away and Alicante 40 minutes away, both served by many of the budget airline.

Torrevieja is a seaside city located on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante in South East Spain. Torrevieja lies about 30 miles south of the city of Alicante, it was orignally a salt mining and fishing village as it is located between the sea and two large salt lakes (las Salinas) which give the area a healthy micro climate.
An all year round town, Torrevieja has its own harbour and small fishing fleet. There is a wonderful indoor market which offers a tremendous selection of fish, fruit, meat and vegetables throughout the year. There are beautiful fountains, plazas, historic churches and promenades to provide a cultural interest. A causeway between the sea and the harbour has proved immensely popular with residents and visitors alike providing a fantastic stroll wih an uninterupted view of the sea. Disabled visitors have also been well catered for with specially constructed ramps and platforms.
Punta Prima is just south of Torrevieja. The resort has two beautiful beaches which are only minutes from the apartment. The main beach is a short stroll and a more secluded beach, Mar Azul, which is surrounded by Palm Trees, to the left of the resort towards Torrevieja. You will also find long white sandy beaches at La Zenia and Campoamor with blue flag status.
