A few minutes walk to the bus-stop for a 15 minute ride to the city of Torrevieja. 15 minutes drive to 3 different golf courses and a leisurely 15 minute walk to La Mata. NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Rental Rates: There are 3 sets of rates, all depending on the length of your stay, for example the first table below is to be used if your stay is for less than a week. Further down are the rates for weekly and monthly. Rentals can start and finish on any day of the week. Rentals in the summer school holiday period are also flexible, however rentals at Easter, and at May and October half term, are subject to a supplement of £100 if the rental covers any day of the school holiday including the Saturday and Sunday either side of school holiday week or weeks. Normal time to ‘check-in’ to apartment is 3 pm on day of rental. Normal time to ‘check-out’ is 11 am on the last day of rental. *This may have more flexibility if apartment not booked on day of ’check-in / check-out’ Flexibility: Your property rental can be anything from 2 nights. If your rental is not for an exact week, just multiply the nightly rate by the number of nights you would like. Also if your rental involves more than one charging period, just calculate it on a pro-rata basis. These rates are per property (not per person) and include electricity and water. Cleaning is compulsory and in addition to the rental charges below. The current charge for cleaning is £55.00 per booking and must be paid with the balance.
