Our spacious newly built 2nd floor, corner apartment, ideal for couples and families, is situated in a peaceful, semi-residential area with just a 9 minute walk to the blue flag beach of La Mata (downhill going, uphill coming back!) Although in a fairly quiet location, you are only 5 minutes walk away from local shops, bars, restaurants and also internet cafes!
The apartment has a lovely large balcony with sea views and overlooks the communal swimming and paddling pools, which are surrounded by well-maintained gardens. There are two lifts within the apartment building and an intercom security entrance to the front of the building.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
In recent years the Costa Blanca area has become a first-class tourist location, it boasts 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 18 - 20°C in the winter and rising to more like 30oC in the summer months.
There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, public parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots to enjoy during your stay.
As well as 4 chapionship golf courses - there is an abundance of activities you can enjoy - water sports, horse riding, safari park, go-karting to name but a few. You can enjoy spotting the many species of birds whilst walking or cylcling in the Nature Reserves of the 2 Salt lakes around La Mata & Torrevieja.
Torrevieja area / La Mata area
Torrevieja is a typically lively spanish town with its many cafes, bars and restaurants offering an abundance of choice for everyone!
One of the main attractions to Torrevieja are the variety of festivals which take place almost every month. The carnivals are a fantastic display of colour & music.
If markets are your thing, a big, popular local market is held in Torrevieja town every Friday. Other markets are held in nearby towns almost every other day of the week.
Visit the local water park - Aquapolis which is a short 5 min drive - open June to September - slides, wave machines, children's slides and a large picnic area. A great day out for all the family.

- Fly to Alicante or Murcia airports - Torremar is approx 35 minutes from both airports.

Further details indoors: - Fully equipped kitchen - all you need to provide a gourmet meal or a sandwich!
- For comfort there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the lounge.
- Lounge - The bright lounge/dining room has an extendable table and 4 chairs, a sofa/bed, lounge chair, coffee table, dresser and ceiling fan. There is a TV, DVD and CD/radio player and various books, games, cds, dvds and cards. Please feel free to bring your favourite cds or dvds to watch or listen to.
- For little ones we also have a bedguard and a booster seat for the dining chairs, which you are welcome to use if required.
- Access through the patio doors to terrace.
Further details outdoors: Lovely large corner balcony with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. There are pool/beach chairs and various inflatables and beach toys which you are very welcome to make use of during your stay.
The 'residents and guests only' communal pool is open April - October, and is manned by a lifeguard during the peak months. The lovely gardens are very well maintained and mature trees and shrubs provide welcome shade in the hot summer months.
We keep 2 bicyles at the apartment which you are most welcome to use. If you would like to make use of them, just let us know.

- We supply a basic complimentary Welcome Pack for all our bookings - so that welcome cup of tea/coffee can be ready in minutes on your arrival!
- We do allow smoking at our apartment - but only on the balcony please.
- Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach/swimming towels.
Conditions
- A £50 per week non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. - Keys will be given and collected from you by our representative at the apartment. If hiring your car from the airport - a small charge for the 'Meet and Greet' will be asked on arrival, paid directly to our representitive. - Clients must replace any damaged or broken goods. - Late bookings are accepted. - As per EU law, it is recommended that holiday makers take out full travel insurance; this is advisable especially against flight cancellations, theft, accidents etc.
