About the home

Lovely three bedroom villa, with views of our large pool and patio and you don’t even need a hire car!
The family friendly villa has two large double bedrooms upstairs and a further one downstairs as well as a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Note there is also an identical second neighbouring villa to rent. Renting both villas together is perfect if you’re holidaying as a large group or with extended family. We also provide a cot and high chair if you need them.

Located in beautiful seaside Torrevieja, within walking distance of all amenities and activities you don’t need to hire a car. We can arrange collection from the airport for you for as little as €35 per car; 5-10 minute walk to bars, restaurants and shops; 30 minute stroll (or 5 mins drive) to beautiful sandy beaches.

Benefit from some of Torrevieja’s 320 days of sunshine, renowned local golf courses, fantastic Blue Flag beaches, the famous salt lakes, Water Park Shopping Mall, some of the largest markets in Europe and enjoy lovely walks along the marinas.

All along the promenade are Restaurants Bars shops and even a funfair in the evenings You will see all the Spanish families having a stroll quite late at night enjoying the lovely evenings, Nearby in Guardamar there are more beaches and a large natural Park with picnic benches With lots of trees and shaded areas .A very large duned natural beach that goes on for miles..With small bars restaurants dotted along it - a must to visit!
