Apartment situated in a quiet location but close to pubs, supermarket and beaches. The apartment has two bedrooms and a roof terrace and balcony. Easy access from Alicante or Murcia airport transport can be arranged or car hire at very reasonable rates.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Torrevieja, with its sunny warm climate, and next to the salt lakes, is ideal for sufferes of arthritis, etc. Near by are the beaches of La Mata, and Torrevieja,and a 30 mins walk to the fabulous water park. A 5 minutes walk brings you to supermarkets and pubs etc. The promenade and harbour of Torrevieja is a 20 minute walk where you will find many bars, restaurants, cafes and a fairground open nightly for the children, a market is open day and night, and the main Torrevieja market on a Friday is said to be one of the biggest outdoor markets in Europe.

Water Park, Beaches, Town Centre, short drive to golf courses. Benidorm is a 45 minute drive. Playa Los Locos beach is a 10 minute walk and is a very popular beach in the summer with many facilities. 15 minute drive to 4 championship golf courses. la Mata beach is nearby with its long sandy beaches There are pubs and a supermarket only minutes from the apartment.
