A lovely 2 bedroomed apartment at the side of a large swimming pool. It has a solarium from which you can see the swimming pool and green area. There is also a balcony which is facing open land.It is in a quiet location.
The property is on the outskirts of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca on a very popular urbanisation called Jardin del Mar V. Jardin del Mar is in a complex of houses and 2 story apartments. It is situated approx 5 mins drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches, and about 30 minutes from either Alicante or Murcia Airport.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is not only well known for its blue flag sandy beaches as they are plentiful, but there are several golf courses within a few minutes drive.
For example:- Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas,La Marquesa, Algorfa, La Finca are within 20 mins drive and Alenda and La Manga within 30 mins drive.
For people who want to travel further, within 1 hour to the south of Torrevieja is La Manga Strip, and to the North is Benidorm with Terra Mitica theme park and other attractions.
Torrevieja area / Orihuela Costa area
It is a 5 minute drive to Torrevieja town centre and beaches. The new shopping centre "Habañeras" , Carrefour, and numerous other shops, restaurants and bars are within 10 mins walking distance. Also within walking distance there is an Aqua- park, Bowling Alley and Sports centre, which has indoor swimming pool and tennis courts.
It is situated in a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks,suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop on the complex where you can catch the bus into Torrevieja town centre.
How to get there
You can fly to either Alicante or Murcia airport and hire a car or a pick up service can be arranged.

Included in the price is bed linen and towels. Beach towels are not supplied. There is a cleaning charge of 50 euros per let payable to our manager on arrival.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance to be paid six weeks prior to your holiday.
A £100 breakage/loss of keys/extra cleaning/damage deposit is required with balance. This will be refunded after your holiday on return and providing there is no damage of breakages. Swimming Pool fob key costs 20 euros to replace.
