Situated in the quiet urbanization of Los Balcones this comfortable first floor apartment has everything needed to have a wonderful holiday. The air-conditioned apartment is clean, bright and fresh. It has satelite TV plus all the Uk channels. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people as there is also a double sofa bed in the living area. The galley style kitchen is very well equipped including a washing machine and microwave oven. The outside area is perfect for sunbathing as the roof top solarium has sun loungers and a built in BBQ. There is also a balcony which is great for relaxing with a cool drink or romantic meal.
The apartment is only 10 mins drive from the lively town of Torrevieja and is the perfect base for visiting many of Spains beautiful villages. Torrevieja is well known for its Salt Lakes and its climate is one of the healthiest in the world. The apartment has the most wonderful views of the Salt Lakes which appear pink or purple in colour at certain times of the day. There is a very well supervised communal pool which our guests can fully enjoy.

Torrevieja area / Los Balcones area
Torrevieja was once a small fishing village and the name mean the Old Tower, but it has recently expanded due to the tourist industry so much so that thousands of Germans, British and Scandanavians are making Torrevieja their home, and with the constant good weather and one of the healthiest climates in Spain its not hard to see why. In Torrevieja you will find any number of shops, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes, or just stroll along the beautiful promonade with its beach front cafes and souvenier stalls.
Los Balcones is a quiet urbanization and is made up of locals as well as tourists all living together in a very relaxed environment. You are never too far from shops, bars and restaurants in Los Balcones with the local shopping centre only 10mins walk away, it has a supermarket and restaurants of all nationalities.
There are many golf courses close to Los Balcones including the famous La Manga which is only 45mins drive away.
Dont forget that everyday somewhere in Torrevieja there is a local market. So whether you are just browsing for a bargain or buying fresh food the Local Markets have everything you need to enjoy you stay.
