Our home in the sun is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Sun, Sea, & Sangria. Located in a peaceful residential area only a 5 minute walk from the closest shops, bars and restaurants. Or if you prefer a livelier night, the town centre is only a short taxi ride away (approx 6euros). The gorgeous blue flag beach, La Mata, is only a 5-10min walk away and there are many great value beach bars on this stunning, sandy beach serving fresh and sardines all day long. (Don’t be surprised to find yourselves on this beach until 8 or 9pm).
Relax in our spacious, contemporary ground floor apartment with its own garden overlooking communal pools and well maintained, lush, private gardens. Furnished to a high standard internally and externally you will find everything you could possibly need . There are sunbeds and loungers for you to chill out in the garden, a table with four chairs on the terrace for you to dine and a chaise longe on the terrace for the lucky one who gets there first! For those of you with little ones, there is a cot and highchair for your use along with your own paddling pool, bucket and spade.(Please supervise your children at all times).Entry to apartments is via a secure intercom system and all widows have shutters with lockable grills.This is the ideal base for many different holiday makers including, golfers, walkers, sunworshippers or cyclists.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca, with its beautiful coastline, is renowned for its all year round sunshine. With around 320 days of sunshine each year it has been named the healthiest climate in the world by the World Health Organisation . There is an abundance of activities for all the family, including watersports, horse riding, go karting, walking and golf as well as blue flag beaches all along the coastline and a number of charming gardens to visit. Also if you have a car we recommend you explore the region, try a day out in Alicante harbour or drive to Benidorm for the day.
Torrevieja area / La Mata/Agua Nuveus area
If the lively nightlife of Torrevieja is not your cup of tea, we recommend a stroll along the promenade where you can have a drink and watch the world go by, the choice is yours. You can get a taxi into Torrevieja which should cost approx 6-7 euros. The apartment is situated in a quiet location just a short stroll to some very nice restaurants and bars. Visit Don Fredericos or Bar Elias for a good meal and a few drinks. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance and you will now find a small cafe bar within our grounds near the pool where you can order fresh bread for the next day or catch up by using the internet. you can also visit the lively La Mata market day on Wednesdays and the Torrevieja town on Fridays.
How to get there
Fly to Murcia or Alicante airports, Torremar is approx 30-40 minutes drive from both airports.
We recommend www.solmar.es for car hire when you arrive at Alicante airport. We can provide details and directions if required. Taxis are available outside the airports and should cost approx 35-45 euros. We may be able to arrange transfers to/from the airport if required.

Discounts available for long term letting. Changeover day is flexible.
CONDITIONS. A £50 per week non refundable deposit secures your booking. Balance should be paid 6 weeks prioir to travel. Keys will be sent to you via recorded delivery and should be returned in the same way. There is a £200 damage deposit due before travel with the full balance, which will be refunded if apartment is in satisfactory condition and once keys are returned. All damage must be notified to us and paid for by clients. Any consumables used but not replaced will be charged at local rates.
In accordance with EU law, it is recommended that all holidaymakers take out full travel insurance, especially against flight cancellations, theft and accidents etc.
