Tastefully furnished 2 bedroomed 2 bathroomed apartment situated on top floor boasting superb roof top solarium with sea views and further large ground floor terrace and garden. Underground parking space and storage room. A good variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. Every Saturday there is an excellent street market in nearby Playa Flamenca.

In the lounge there is a large comfortable sofabed, dining table and chairs, wall unit with SataliteTV, DVD player with good selection of films to suit all tastes including children's feel free to bring your own DVDs and CDs for the CD player. The double bedroom has its own en-suite complete with shower, WC and washbasin. It also has built in wardrobe with safe, chest of drawers plus 2 bedside chests with lamps. The single bedroom has ample storage with its own built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside chest with lamp. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. As well as security grills and shutters there is a full alarm system. Air conditioning is installed and available through meter payment.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Our apartment is ideally situated for both beach and golfing holidays, the nearest sandy beach being Punta Prima which is 15/20 minutes walk away. There are several other blue flag beaches within a 5 minute drive inluding Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Campoamor.
Villamartin is the nearest golf course and is just a 10 minute drive away. There are several other courses all within a 15 minute drive including Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Finca.
Also within the area there are 2 aquaparks, 1 in Torrevieja and the other in Quesada.

The Torrevieja Area / Los Altos/Punta Prima area

A good variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. Every Saturday there is an excellent street market in nearby Playa Flamenca.
Torrevieja is the nearest town and is most famous for its healthy climate due to the surrounding salt lakes. It also boasts an excellent promenade with a vast array of bars, restaurants, shops, outdoor market, harbour and funfair.

Alicante airport is a 45 minute drive away and Murcia is only 20 minutes.
For cheap flights try Ryanair, Easyjet, BMI baby and Monarch.
Airport transfers can be arranged for a small charge if required.
