The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Our apartment is ideally situated for both beach and golfing holidays, the nearest sandy beach being Punta Prima which is 15/20 minutes walk away. There are several other blue flag beaches within a 5 minute drive inluding Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Campoamor. Villamartin is the nearest golf course and is just a 10 minute drive away. There are several other courses all within a 15 minute drive including Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Finca. Also within the area there are 2 aquaparks, 1 in Torrevieja and the other in Quesada.
Torrevieja area / Los Altos/Punta Prima area
A good variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. Every Saturday there is an excellent street market in nearby Playa Flamenca. Torrevieja is the nearest town and is most famous for its healthy climate due to the surrounding salt lakes. It also boasts an excellent promenade with a vast array of bars, restaurants, shops, outdoor market, harbour and funfair.
How to get there
Alicante airport is a 45 minute drive away and Murcia is only 20 minutes. For cheap flights try Ryanair, Easyjet, BMI baby and Monarch. Airport transfers can be arranged for a small charge if required.

The double bedroom has its own en-suite complete with shower, WC and washbasin. It also has built in wardrobe with safe, chest of drawers plus 2 bedside chests with lamps. The single bedroom has ample storage with its own built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside chest with lamp. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. Aswell as security grills and shutters there is a full alarm system. Air conditioning is installed and available through meter payment.
