This 2 bedroom (both en-suite) 6 year old apartment is situated in the newest and most prestigious development at Punta Prima (Costa Blanca South) in Spain. It is Spacious and luxuriously appointed on the first floor with a full size swimming pool immediately outside. Fully ducted air conditioning is throughout plus heated floors (bathrooms only). Underground garage parking is available. The gardens , which are secure, are delightful and offer a variety of swimmimg pools. It is just a 1 minute walk to the Punta Prima beaches and to plentiful nearby bars and restaurants. The amazing 'Nautilus' Restaurant is located just a 1 minute walk away, located immediately alongside the Punta Prima beaches and the Med. This apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing family, beach, sunshine or golfing holiday. No car required as all you could need is nearby.

Being modern apartments, full wheelchair access is available with ramps, wide doors, lifts provided. The bathrooms do not have specific facility for the disabled, although they are easily accessible via wheelchair and very spacious

There are plenty of good quality local bars, restaurants, shops, banks and everything you could possibly want all within 10 mins of the apartment. A car is not needed as everything surrounds you, making this an ideal location for a relaxing family, beach and sun holiday. Aqua parks are nearby in torrevieja and elsewhere in the area. Local transport such as buses and taxi's are reliable and close by.
Torrevieja town is a 10 min journey. Alicante city is 50 mins to 1 hour journey. Other beaches including Caboroig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor are only 10 mins away. The salt lakes and wild life reserve at San Pedro del Pinatar are 20 mins away. The beautiful Mar Menor beaches are some 20 minutes away (by car) and are well worth a visit. The Internationally renowned La Manga Club is approx a 50 minute drive, where the finest golf courses and leisure facilities in Spain can be found.

There are three full size swimming pools located adjacent to the apartment (one external pool being heated) within the beautiful gardens. A £150 non refundable deposit is required upon booking. Total balance payable in full 21 days prior to arrival. Damages deposit of £150 is also required 10 days before arrival (returned 7 days after departure subject to inspection locally). Airport and Local travel transportation can be arranged at additional costs locally for you. All payments are made via Pay Pal (www.paypal.com) or via cheque provided sufficient clearance time.

Punta Prima is a delightful resort located between La Zenia/Cabaroig and Torrevieja in the Southern Costa Blanca. Easily accesible from either Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) Airports, the resort is ideal for the relaxing beach holiday. The area boasts 4 or 5 of Spains best Golf courses, all within 20 minutes of the resort. Punta Prima is situated right on the sea front, not far from the main N332 coast road providing an ideal base for a holiday in this delightful part of Spain. The resort offers everything you could ask for , including its very own secure complex with private pools and nearby beaches. You wont be disappointed !
The local beaches have earned many European Blue Flags and they vary from secluded sandy dunes with magnificent pinewood picnic areas to long flat sandy beaches (although you do have to hunt them out).
Torrevieja itself, was originally an old fishing village, although it has developed in recent years into a delightful resort , with everything you could want and a fine beach front promenade. The town offers a fabulous range of facilities, including the lovely esplanade, with its outdoor cafes, harbour and marina. The town centre offers typically Spanish shopping streets and is well worth a visit.

One minute to the nearby Punta Prima beach and beach restaurant. Other beaches, including Torrevieja, Cabaroig, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are only 10 minutes from the apartment.

From Murcia (San Javier) Airport it is a short journey on the AP7 (motorway), heading initially to Alicante.
From Alicante Airport , it is a 40 minute journey , again using the A7 & AP7 (motorway) towards Cartagena / Murcia and exiting at Torrevieja (south). Please note: on leaving Alicante Airport take the A7 motorway towards Cartagena & Murcia. After the Elche exit , you join the AP-7 motorway signed for Cartagena.
IMPORTANT: you can easily miss this change of motorway (A7 to AP7), so please be vigilant as soon as you see signs for Elche as the motorway intersection is then close and you more merge than exit and join a new road.
From both directions, take the Torrevieja (south) exit from the AP7 and you are minutes away from Punta Prima. Head towards Torrevieja and then join the N332 coastal road heading towards Cartagena & San Pedro del Pinatar (heading away from Torrevieja town). Punta Prima is found some 2/3 km along the N332 at the first roundabout after joining the N332 from the AP7 motorway. Take the third exit (left turn) at the roundabout signposted Punta Prima and the apartments are 200 metres on the right.
Airport collection can be arranged locally (at additional cost of between 60 and 90 euros, return, depending upon which Airport).

We stayed at this apartment and were more than happy about everything! The apartment itself was lovely! clean, spacious and fully equiped with everything we needed. We booked this holiday because we needed a relaxing break/getaway from the stress of work and were hoping that the resort would be relaxing and give us chance to recharge our batteries. It certainly lived up to our expectations!! It is within walking distance to all local ammenities so there was no need for us to hire a car, which was a great relief. The beach was super...wonderful beach restaurants to choose from with lovely fresh fish options. i really enjoyed a few relaxing days by the nice quiet pool-just what the doctor ordered! I would certainly recommend this propety to anyone looking for a reaxing getaway- I know i am going to book it again! |

The apartment is extremely clean and fully equipped throughout. everything needed is on hand. Furnishings are clean , tidy and comfortable and the block is set in lovely grounds. Bars . restaurants are plentiful and nearby. The Med is just 500 m away (though a bit cold in Jan). |
