An ideal place to relax in the gorgeous Spanish sun, either chill out on the shaded balcony or make use of the roof solarium to top up the tan, sip Cava in the beautiful gardens around the pool, or for something a bit livelier head to the Abbey Tavern or Mosquitos which is 5 minutes walk away. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance if you don't have a car, the beach is only 20 minutes walk away. If you have a car then you can visit Torrevieja, a very Spanish town with a beautiful marina and loads of shops, or head to one of the other blue flagged beaches on the Orihuela Costa.
For the more adventurous, why not take a drive to Alicante (40 minutes) or Cartagena (40 minutes) and Benidorm Palace is a must (90minutes) and even Madrid is only 3 hours away !!
Its an ideal place if you just want to relax for a week or two or explore the Costa Blanca!

The apartment was built in 2005 and was my home for 3 years whilst working in Spain, so the decor and the furnishings are not a cheap package supplied by the vendors, also the place is fully air-conditioned in both bedrooms and the lounge, although there is always a lovely cool breeze from the coast.
There are 2 large bathrooms, one an en-suite to the main bedroom and the other next door to the second bedroom.

You must vacate the apartment at 11am on the day of departure.
You can access the apartment from 3pm on the day of arrival
Of course if the apartment has no changeover you are more than welcome to use the apartment until your ready to go to the airport.
Storage of luggage can be arranged should you need it.
The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
Costa Blanca translates into White Coast, and boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain and indeed the world, with the warm Med sea to take a dip in... Costa Blanca is less developed than Costa Del Sol and you feel like you are in the real Spain with plenty of villages and towns that have plenty of authentic Spanish bars and restaurants.
Playa Flamenca is situated 40 minutes South of Alicante and is the ideal place to relax and unwind with numerous blue flagged beaches, restaurants and bars, the motorway is only a five minute drive from the apartment should you wish to venture further afield, Benidorm is only 90 minutes away and is a great day trip.
If you are into golf there are 3 stunning courses all within a 30 minute drive, watersports operate from a local beach and horseriding is 5 minutes drive away. other nearby activities include: quad biking, go-karting, waterparks

"Great stay, perfect for 2 Adults and 2 Children."
Had a great stay in Jumilla 3 - Apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless clean, ground floor but extremely safe and located right beside swimming pool. Great location for bars and restaurants in LaFlorida and walking distance to the nearest Carrefour and the Commercial Centre. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely return.

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND RELAX"
Travelled to Playa Flamenca with family and friends from Australia. Apartment was clean and so handy for the pool. Jan the caretaker made us feel very welcome. New shopping centre at La Zenia was great. The local Saturday markets are a must. We hired a car and it was nice to drive around to see a few other areas but if you feel ike a walk the beach is 20mins away and there are enough little pubs and restaurants to keep you well watered and fed. "Comfortable stay, lovely apartment, great complex"
We had stayed in Jumilla 3 before and were disappointed to not get the same apartment as before, but were delighted when we arrived at this well equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable apartment. Ian (the owner) organised an airport transfer and a welcome pack which was appreciated as we arrived late at night with our 2 young daughters. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and sky tv which when you're travelling with kids is a bonus! the balcony overlooks the road which is the only downside and its not really in the sun but the apartment (which is on the ground floor) is directly opposite the pool area.
Jumilla 3 is ideal for families and suited us down to the ground, with a small supermarket very close by and 3 decent places to eat (Mosquito, Bar La Torre and Waldemar... there is also The Abbey which has live entertainment but not my cup of tea and a bit tacky).
A massive thank you to Jo who did our airport transfers who we called when I fell and sprained my ankle.. she could not have been more helpful..
We would definitely return and definitely to this apartment...

"Lovely apartment,perfect location"
This apartment is perfect,everything supplied,beach towels t-towels all cleaning materials,lovely complex very safe.Jan the lady who looks after the apartment was lovely and very helpful,the playa flamenca center is about a 20 min walk away which is lovely in the evening,my girls loved legends.I would not recommend mosquito's bar we went in there when england played and the staff were so rude and intimidating sitting behind us with their friends and shouting for italy,THE FOOD WAS AWFUL..Would highly recommend this apartment,thank you Ian.

"Great Stay in Apartment 751 - Block 8"
I stayed in the above apartment with 3 of my mates and could not fault it. It was clean and had everything that we wanted. There was full Air Conditioning so we were able to control the temperature when we needed. I would recvommend that anyone that was looking for somewhere to stay in the area conatct the owner as the complex and surrounding area are superb.
