Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Torrevieja and Playa Flamenca, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

2. The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival together with € 200 refundable security deposit.

(Where late bookings are made the total payment must be paid at the time of booking if less than 6 weeks remain before your date of arrival)

Security deposit
The refundable Security deposit of € 200 must be paid prior to your being provided with the keys to the property. This deposit will be refunded after your departure when the property has been inspected. Should any damage or breakages occur your deposit will be refunded after any expenses have been met and you will be provided with receipts for any expenditure.
* After stay clean & laundry Fee of € 65 will be deducted from your security deposit

Whatever your passion, there’s a leisure activity available for you with plenty of opportunities to try something new too. World famous golf courses such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are of championship quality. Most of the resorts have facilities for any water sport you could dream of, including swimming, scuba diving, yachting, wind surfing, fishing, jet-skiing and para sailing. Travelling further inland, you can hike along trails through the unspoilt mountain and forest regions of the Costa Blanca, such as the awe-inspiring landscape of the El Hondo Natural Park. From San Javier Airport :- Come out of airport and head for Alicante on the AP-7 Motorway North Bound you can now relax for a few miles on this motorway you will pass through one toll booth at La Zenia with a cost of approximately 2-4 euros depending on the time of year carry on the motorway until you see the exit 758 for Torrevieja -Los Balcones take first turn off right CV95 Carry on this road until you have passed through 5 roundabouts travel straight on under the bridge just after the Hospital the next roundabout turn first right and first left at the "T" junction turn right at next "T" junction turn left your holiday apartment is the end of the first block on the right just after the school in the back of the block of apartment.
