About the home

The villa is a short distance to Bars,restaurants, shops, Banks and much more. The beaches at Campoamor, Cabo Roig and Cabo Capatain are in easy reach, there is an abundance of restaurants,bars and shops all within walking distance of the villa. The two main beaches of Cabo Roig (Cala Caleta and Cala Capitan) are both extremely popular and are kept very clean and well maintained. The beach bar at Cala Caleta is a popular place for a tapas snack and even a midnight cocktail or two, during the hot summer months.

The following conditions apply when renting the property identified in your rental booking form.
Initial Booking

A 25% deposit must be paid within 7 days of making the booking.
The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival together with £250 refundable security deposit.

(Where late bookings are made the total payment must be paid at the time of booking if less than 6 weeks remain before your date of arrival)

Security deposit
The refundable Security deposit of €200 must be paid prior to your being provided with the keys to the property. This deposit will be refunded after your departure when the property has been inspected. Should any damage or breakages occur your deposit will be refunded after any expenses have been met and you will be provided with receipts for any expenditure.

The Torrevieja Area / Orihuela Costa area

The beach bar at Cala Caleta is a popular place for a tapas snack and even a midnight cocktail or two, during the hot summer months and is often open until 4am. But be careful, negotiating your way back to the main road can be tricky by moonlight, especially when a little the worse for a beer or three!

One of the “must do” things whilst in Cabo Roig is to take a stroll along the picturesque cliff walk to La Zenia. This walk offers some spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding coastline, with the sports resort of La Manga sitting invitingly in the distance. A word of warning though - be careful in the evening time as it can get dark very quickly.

Water Parks in Torrevieja and Quesada to Safari parks of Elche, mountain Biking and Horse riding are all available.
