This brand new 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment situated on the first floor is an ideal holiday home. The open plan fully furnished lounge dining area is complete with sofa bed and further sofa, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning. Off the lounge, through patio doors is a good sized balcony overlooking the community, equipped with patio furniture for al fresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen has oven and hob, microwave oven and fridge freezer. Off the kitchen is a Spanish style galleria with washing machine and storage area. The main bathroom is fitted to a high standard and has bath with shower, bidet, basin and WC. The main double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan with views of the coast. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes again with ceiling fan. The apartment block is part of a new gated community with a large sized swimming pool and terrace.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Historcial Murcia, Elche & Categana are witihn 30 mins to 1 hour drive and worth a visit. For Thrill seekers the the world famous Terramitica theme park, is just 1 hour away near Benidorm.
In Torrevieja the famous La Mata & Torrevieja lagoons are a protected natural area, compatible with tradtional uses; salt. production. La Mata lagoon provides a home to many birds on their migratory journey, including flamingos.
Las Habeneras shopping centre is 5 mins drive form the apartment acommodating favourites such as Zara, H&M, C&A. Across the road you'll find a bowling Alley, Casino, Cinema & restaurants. There are many street markets in the area for bargain seekers.
The port of Torreviaja is devoted to different types of fishing and the salt export trade. Located here is also the Torrevieja Royal Yacht club and the International Marina Pleasure port.
Torrevieja area / Aguas Nuevas area
Torrevieja is a typical Spanish town which has good beaches, an excellent street market every Friday morning and great shops, bars and restaurants.
BEACHES There are excellent beaches nearby, the closest being PLaya de la Mata. La Mata & Guardamar win the Blue flag awards every year for their cleanliness, safety and facilities. Other beaches in Torrevieja include Playa los Locos, Playa del Cura and Playa Naufragos, all along the coast of Torrevieja town.
GOLF For Golf enthusiasts there are 5 golf courses within a 30 minute drive: La Finca, Algorfa Villamartin Campoamor La Marquesa, Rojales Las Ramblas
AQUOPOLIS AQUA PARK is a 5 minute drive from the apartment offering the chance to cool down on those hot summer days.

If you'd like to catch up on any TV or films sateliite TV is there for your use or you might like to bring that favourite DVD along to enjoy.
Further details outdoors: The large community pool has a shallow section for non swmimmers and children. There are wide steps into the main pool for a gentle entry. Surrounding the pool is plenty of sunbathing room with a choice of the grass or tiles.
