This 2 bedroomed well furnished apartment is only a short walk away from the communal gardens , swimming pool, shop & bars/restaurants that are adjacent to this complex . This complex is based in Playa Flamenca just 20 minutes drive south of the popular coastal town of Torrevieja on Spain's Costa Blanca. Playa Flamenca's 2 sandy beaches/coves are situated only a 3 minute car drive away and have blue flag status. There are facilities on the beach or nearby, including lifegaurds in the summer months. There are also many more blue flag beaches on either side of these coves that are only a few minutes drive away. For golfers there are 3 professional level golf courses such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor all within a 15 minute drive. Other sporting activities nearby include; Tennis, Horse Riding & various Watersports. The nearby Orihuela Costa restort has various sports facilites available. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday but also has plenty of amenities nearby should you want more to do.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The beautiful Costa Blanca or 'White Coast' as it is often referred to for its lovely white sandy beaches extends along the eastern coast of Spain (approximately in the middle) and covers the province of Alicante.
This area is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava which is north of the Costa Blanca region, nor is it as humid or hot in the summer as the Costa del Sol, in the south. The Costa Blanca region has the best all year round temperaturesand the climate here is recognised as one of the best in the world by the World Health Organisation.
It has over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves and many of the beaches have the coveted European Blue Flag signifying cleanliness and safe bathing.
Alicante airport is the largest in the region and has a large number of flights arriving daily, especially from Northern Europe. Further south but closer to Playa Flamenca is the smaller Murcia airport. With the advent of many low-cost airlines & with flying time being only approx 2 hours away many people now visit this region of Spain for long weekends.
Southern Costa Blanca is mostly flat with fine sandy beaches, palm trees and salt lakes and is much drier and more typical of what a person who had never visited Spain would expect to see.
It has something for everyone from tiny rural inland villages to cosmopolitan tourist resorts on the coast such as Benidorm, Alicante & Torrevieja. Whilst it isn't necessarily a place full of historical monuments (although there are many), it's main attractions lie in it's beautiful amazing vivid blue Mediterranean waters & lovely sandy beaches. Add to this the old towns and villages with their narrow streets, restaurants and bars where one can sit and relax outside due to the wonderful all-year round climate. It is simply a wonderful place in which to enjoy life and to feel rejuvenated and refreshed. I'm sure if you try it once you will love it and come back for more.
Torrevieja area / Playa Flamenca area
Torrevieja is a thriving coastal fishing resort with a wide variety of waterfront bars/restaurants, & street cafes. There is a beautiful walkway jutting out into the sea which has splendid views of the newly redesigned Marina. On the outskirts of Torrevieja there is the Aquapolis Water Park & a vibrant city nightlife provided by international clubs such as Pacha. There are plenty of shops, a large Carrefour Hypermarket & the new modern Habeneras shopping Mall. Also close by is the Ozone Leisure Centre which includes a ten- pin bowling alley + lots more restaurants/bars & shops. This provides plenty of entertainment suitable for all age groups whilst still retaining Torrevieja's original charm as a fishing village.
Playa Flamenca is largely an english residencial area & offers a good selection of restaurants & bars to suite all tastes and age groups. It has 2 unspoilt sandy coves/beaches each holding a blue flag, with more just like it available within a short walk or drive away. The very popular Saturday Street Market which sells a wide variety of Souvenirs, Leather goods, Clothes, Rugs, Pottery, Linens + Wonderful Hot Roast Chickens & fresh Fruit & Veg, is only a few minutes walk from the apartment complex and is open from 8 a.m - 2 p.m (approx).

Further details indoors: This lovely apartment has a spacious lounge area which is equipped with a comfortable bed settee, 2 chairs, dining table /4 chairs, cupboard/storage unit & Hi Fi system. It is also has the benefit of a TV (Although this is not currently connected to a sky system) + a DVD Player The open plan American style kitchen is fully equipped, with a full oven + 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron /board & plenty of pots/pans & cutlery. The 2 bedrooms are of a good size, furnished with bedside cabinets & fitted wardrobes. The double room has a double bed & the twin room single beds. The fully tiled bathroom includes a bath/shower, fitted vanity sink unit, bidet & toilet. A Gas Heater is provided for the winter months.
Further details outdoors: There is a covered, tiled patio area just outside the front door which is ideal for dining Al-Fresco or to enjoy a quiet evenning drink before dining.
Garden tables and 4 chairs are provided.
The gravelled/part tiled drive & garden area is ideal for private parking or sunbathing.

Communal Swimming Pool is open between 9am to 9pm & is accessed by special Electronic Security Disc which is provided for your stay.
A Travel Cot is available in the apartment, but you need to bring your own bedding for this.

Good selection of restaurants adjoining this complex, so you don't need to wander far to eat out.
