This luxurious penthouse 2 bedroom apartment is located close to Blue Flag beaches on the beautiful Orihuela Costa. The apartment comprises of open plan lounge/ dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, plus family bathroom. It has a large private roof solarium and also a large terrace, both ideal places to enjoy the perfect Spanish evenings. You have free use of the communal pool and landscaped gardens during opening hours.

Within 10 minutes walk are numerous restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and children's play areas. Punta Prima beach is just a 20 minutes walk. Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, and Campoamor beaches, and championship golf courses at Villamartin and Las Ramblas are all within a 10 to 15 minute drive.

Costa Blanca (English: White Coast) refers to the over 200 kilometres of coastline belonging to the Province of Alicante in Spain. It has a well developed tourism industry and is a popular destination for British and German tourists. It extends from the towns of Denia in the north, beyond which lies the Costa dels Tarongers, to Pilar de la Horadada in the south, beyond which lies the Costa Calida. It includes the major tourist destinations of Benidorm and Alicante. The Costa Blanca is renowned for it's sandy white beaches and warm Mediterranean climate. The Torrevieja Area / Los Altos/Punta Prima area

5 minutes walk or 1km to Punta Prima beach. Along this part of the coastline, it is a mixture of sandy coves and rocky areas (ideal for rock pools). There is a wide promenade at Punta Prima which is currently being extended along the coastline. Past Punta Prima (few minutes drive) are the EU Blue Flag beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia, with vast expanses of golden sands and there are jet-ski's, a banana boat and pedalo's in the summer months, as well as the usual "bars on the beach".

Magnificent Friday market - Torrevieja, Saturday market - Playa Flamenca. Fab Habernas shopping centre : H&M, C&A, Zara, Puma.

Punta Prima has a very multi-cultural feel as many people from other countries now live in this area and actually outnumber the Spaniards! Consequently, the shops, bars and restaurants in this area originate from many nationalities to provide food to suit all tastes - from the native Spanish to Italian, French, German, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Scandinavian, Argentinean, Hungarian, Mexican cuisine, etc.
