The apartment comprises of an American kitchen. The kitchen looks onto the lounge area. There is a master bedroom and twin bedroom. The apartment has a full sized bathroom The apartment benefits from a large balcony area overlooking stunning landscaped gardens and communal pool of which you have use of.

Ideal family holiday or for those seeking a well appointed base from which to do their own thing Facilities include a Swimming pool, Sun terraces and a Garden area Located just to the north of Torrevieja in the wonderful town of La Mata, the complex is conveniently placed within walking distance of La Mata beach and just a few minutes from the edge of Torrevieja.

2 bed forth floor apartment, located in a quite residential block, overlooking the pool. The apartment is well furnished and equipped. The apartment comprises of an American kitchen with oven, hob, full sized fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and is fully equipped with cutlery crockery cooking utensils etc. The kitchen looks onto the lounge area which has a dining table for four people, sofa bed, TV / DVD (please bring your own DVDs) and side unit.

The master bedroom has a double bed, bed side cabinets with a drawer and built in wardrobe. The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinet with drawer. The apartment has a full sized bathroom with sink, wc, bath with shower attachment. The apartment benefits from a large balcony area overlooking stunning landscaped gardens and communal pool of which you have use of.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Torrevieja Area / La Mata area

Torrevieja lies about 30 miles south of the city of Alicante.. Torrevieja was originally a salt-mining and fishing village as it is located between the sea and two large salt lakes (Las Salinas), which give Torrevieja a healthy micro climate.

The world-famous Habaneras festival for choral groups is held every August, when the city population expands roughly tenfold, like many other towns along the Costa Blanca.
