Historical city of Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante are just a short drive away. Famous Spanish town Torrevieja is only ten minutes drive away, which attracts local and visitors, has a very good beech, Promenade,big Marina; well know shopping centre Carrefour, a big shopping mall with known Designer shops also has a water park for kids. Other small towns such as Punta Prima, Lazania, Playa Flemenca & Cabo Riog are only few minutes away.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower, corner unit for shampoos & shower gels, WC, soap dish, toothbrush holder, corner unit for toiletries. There is one double and one single wardrobe with shelves, double bed, two side tables with drawers, reading lamp, wall clock, and big window with sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds, bed side table with drawers, reading lamp, wall clock, large wardrobe with shelves, patio doors leading to garden, overlooking pool. Third bedroom also has two single beds, bed side table with drawers, reading lamp, wall clock and a large wardrobe with shelves, door opening to garden overlooking pool. The second bathroom consists of an enclosed walk-in shower with corner unit, WC, soap dish, toothbrush holder.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including hob, extractor hood, oven & grill, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all the other utensils, breakfast table with two chairs. The utility room has a washing machine, microwave, vegetable trolley, a large storage rack, a window and door leading outside to car parking.
The large open plan lounge/diner has patio doors opening to the tiled garden overlooking pool, two double one single sofa beds, coffee table, lamp, free standing fan, Ceiling fan, side board, TV, DVD player, radio with cassette player, dining table with four chairs.

There are many beautiful beaches within a short distance, golden sandy beaches with Pine & Palm trees; most of these beaches have long promenade walks, play area for children, Volleyball nets.
Climate is lovely all year round, ideal for holiday makers or Golf players.
Historical cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante are just a short drive away.
Alicante has a Castle, big marina, sandy beach, big Spanish stores providing international brands, bars restaurants and night life.
Guadalest is beautiful Spanish country side offering Museums, gift & craft shops, animal sentry.
Valencia is Spanish's third largest city, famous for its magnificent orange groves, beauty of long beaches, Paella and the Fallas Festivals. Valencia with a rich heritage and over 1,000 years of history and receives more than 4 million visitors a year.
Benidrom is a very well known town, has a palace, caves of Canelobre (place is worth a visit), offers a dinner & show similar to Lido in Paris but affordable prices. There is a huge water park for kids.
All towns have local Fiestas at different times all the year round with a huge fire work display, which is a big attraction for locals and tourists, good fun for all ages.

Mountain Biking / Cycling, Golf, Sea / Ocean, Jet Ski, Sailing, Tennis, Fishing, Historical Sites, Scuba Diving, Museums, Thermal Baths, Hiking.
The complex is close to all the local amenities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets and night life.
For bargain hunters there are markets nearly every day of the week. The local market in Playa Flamenca is held on every Saturday. Trash & Treasure and car boot sale in Punta Prima are on Sundays. Torrevieja has lot to offer during day or night, activities including markets and funfairs. Local Fiestas are held all the year around.
For Golf fanatics the area boasts some of the finest golf courses such as Villamartin, Las Rambles, Campoamor, La Finca. All are within a short driving distance.

"Bloodstained sheet, dirty apartment, sarcastic owner."
A great shame. The patio area leading to lovely pool is terrific. But you'll want to spend time outside, as the rest of the apartment is not up to scratch. It's not 'brand new' … More
Sorry that your stay at Sunny Apartment did not meet your expectations. We have taken all your comments on board and have stressed the same to the management accordingly.
We take pride in our service and cleanliness is our top priority. Before the season starts, we review everything with the management to make sure all is in order. The management is under strict instructions to act & rectify swiftly any concerns the guests may have during their stay. However, we appreciate during the peak season, especially at the change over, if there is not sufficient time in between, occasionally a few things may get overlooked.
In your case, as soon as the issues were raised, the management attended and rectified all your concerns. A new set of pans were purchased along with a new set of knives and fresh linen was provided. The entire apartment was re-cleaned. Due to the climate and being located near to the sea, the sea breeze does mean the floor is prone to gathering dust. Hence, the floor may need to be swept daily if the patio doors are left open.
In reference to the electricity, on consulting the electrician we found out that it is well known in summer that due to heavy usage it is common that the electricity can trip.
We have been renting our apartment since 2005 and have always had very positive feedback regarding the apartment, the facilities provided and the management, and have regular guests who stay with us year after year. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced whilst staying with us and hope that your comments will ensure future guests receive a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

"Lots to do for all ages"
Stayed in aug 11, weather was great, location is excellent very close to beaches, bars, restaurants and the pool... You just open the apartment door and within a few steps your in a lovely clean pool area which is maintained to a very high standard. Would highly recommend for all ages, something for everyone. Would book again.

Booking process was very efficient and always happy to answer any queries. Location of the apartment was excellent, on doorstep a local supermarket plus easy access to main centre. Also there is a excellent area theme park for the children which I booked my daughters birthday has we have stayed in this area before. Apartment is well equiped and very spacious. Nothing I could fault all my members of my party ranged from 36-76 years of age and we all had a good time. Will be booking again for next year thanks Anisha
