This top quality apartment is furnished to a very high standard; set in well maintained gardens with 2 Communal Swimming pools, yet situated in a beautiful peaceful area only 100m from the Costa Blanca's Mediterranean coast where a small sandy beach awaits.

Punta Prima's bars, restaurants and shops are all within 5 minutes walk, the cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja is 3kms away, with three championship golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor just 10-20 min. drive away. With more than 315 sunny days a year this region is the perfect destination for people who love sunbathing. The winters are mild, with minimum temperatures of 17 degrees Celsius. Besides sunbathing on one of the many sandy beaches, you can also sail, scuba-dive, or practice other water sports. In addition, the area has a great heritage which can be experienced with a visit to the ancient cities of Murcia and Cartegena.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Costa Blanca, the "White Coast", is renowned for its endless miles of white beaches, pleasant climate and blue skys. The Costa Blanca has more to offer than just sunshine and the sea. With just a small trip in the car you can find yourselves exploring the many towns and cities that will give you a real insight on the Spanish culture and history. Some of these locations to visit are:

Alicante - the largest city in the Costa Blanca which is well worth a visit to explore the many shops and restaurants or to simply take a stroll down the international marina.

Elche, with its famous palm groves, the old towns of Orihuela and Murcia, strolling through the orange and lemon groves, or to visit the famous golden beaches at Guardamar.

If time isn't an option you may want to visit the famous Alhambra in Granada which will take in the region of 2 1/2 to 3 hours drive

If you are a golf enthusiast the world famous "La Manga resort" is only 30 minutes away. Other golf courses nearby include the following :"Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, La Finca etc.

The Orihuela Coast has extensive facilities for all types of water sports at its Cabo Roig and Campoamor Marinas. These include water skiing, wind surfing, scuba diving, sailing. horse riding, tennis and crown green bowling are just a few types of sports that are available in this area.

The Costa Blanca with its award from the World Health Organisation for its clean air and superb medical facilities, have made this location a favourable place for so many people to live.

The Torrevieja Area / Punta Prima, Torrevieja area

Torrevieja is located on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante in South East Spain. It lies about 30 miles away south of the city of Alicante and was originally a salt mining and fishing village as it is located between the sea and the two large salt lakes which give the area a healthy micro climate.

Torrevieja is a working town, producing salt, and has its own harbour and small fishing fleet. There is a wonderful indoor market which offers a tremendous selection of fish, fruit, meat and vegetables throughout the year. There are beautiful fountains, plazas, historic churches and promenades to provide a cultural interest. A causeway between the sea and the harbour has proved immensely popular with residents and visitors alike providing a scenic stroll, with an uninterrupted view of the sea. Disabled visitors have also been well catered for with specially constructed ramps and platforms.

Punta Prima is just south of Torrevieja; the resort has two beautiful beaches which are only minutes from the apartment. The main beach is a just a short stroll away, with a more secluded beach adjacent to the Nautilus bar, there is a further beach, in sand dunes, a short walk towards Torrevieja which is surrounded by Palm Trees.
The Costa Blanca is so called because of its remarkably luminous skies and the long, white sandy beaches which extend over most of its coastline. It is also reputed to enjoy the healthiest climate in Europe with lots of sunshine, mild temperatures and low humidity. The Costa Blanca of Spain offers one of the best and most extensive ranges of tourist amenities, the quality of its services, its excellent climate and its cultural richness are second to none.
