A well furnished 2 bedroom property (sleeping 6 people) with sofa bed in upstairs extension area. The property benefits from having air conditioning and full TV Satellite system. There is a private solarium to the top of the property for sun bathing and relaxation, and from where you have fantastic views over the salt lakes. There are 2 communal pools within a minute's walk to take advantage of and also a children's playground nearby. The outside terrace has a bar area (with fridge) and BBQ for you to chill out and relax. Within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and large supermarket to stock up on all those essential items. The main town of Torrevieja is less than 10 minutes drive away or public transport is available for those who would rather have a break from driving. Centrally located to various white sandy beaches and three golf courses can be found within 12 minutes from the property.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca, meaning "White Coast", has one of Europes best climates and the area in and around Torrevieja (meaning old tower) has been selected by WHO (World Health Organisation) to be one of the healthiest places in the world to live due to the two natural salt lakes in this coastal town. The salt lakes, through the extraction of salt, have given Torrevieja a livelihood since 1668.
Torrevieja area / Los Altos, Torrevieja area
Torrevieja is easily reached within 10 minutes from Los Altos via car, or alternatively a bus can be found within close proximity of the property, where various activities can be found. The salt museum in the main town explains the history of the salt lakes, a glass bottom boat can be taken from the port to Tabarca Island where a day can be spent just lazing on the beach or trying the excellent seafood restaurants on the island. For the less adventurous a day can be spent looking round the numerous shops within Torrevieja or just sit on the port and watch the day go by in one of the many cafes and bars situated on the port. Browse through the various craft stalls and enjoy the fun of the fair. The market day for Torrevieja is every Friday morning which is an experience not to be missed to get a real flavour for Spanish life.

To reserve a booking we require an initial deposit of 25% of the total of the reservation. A damage deposit is also required for the amount of 200.00 euros which is refunded back to your credit/debit card within 14 days from departure date upon the property being checked. The balance of the reservation is due 8 weeks prior to arrival (including the damage deposit). Please note that credit/debit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge.
