The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca has a lovely all year round climate and is one of the best climates in Europe. The area has lots of history especially Roman and Cartaginian.

With Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena having splendid architectural buildings, castles and Cathedrals, and the wonderful beaches, and fantastic shopping and night-life.

Torrevieja area / Los Balcones area

Torrevieja is the nearest town to the Villa which is about 10 minutes in a car or bus, its a busy town with lots of shops, restaurants, and a splendid marina where you can sit with a drink and watch the boats coming and going. The Town also boasts a year round fair for the children and a lovely promenade to walk along.

Los Balcones is is about 4 Km from Torrevieja and has its own wonderful shopping centre with cafes, bars, restaurants, bank, supermarket, dentist and doctor all10 minutes walk away from the Villa, or 3 mins in the car.

It has a wonderful Italian restaurant and very Cheap Chinese restaurant where you can eat a 3 course meal with a bottle of wine for 5 euros. Los Balcones hosts Torrevieja Tennis Club where you can play on a number of clay and asphalt courts.

How to get there

Fly to Alicante or Murcia with airlines ie: EASYJET, RYAN AIR, Jet2.com, the property is approx 40 Mins from Alicante airport, and 20 minutes from Murcia.

Car Hire is avilable with most companies from both airports, ie alamo, europcar, Solmar. From both airports you can follow the N323 straight to the property in which ever direction and airport you travel too.

Taxis from either airport are readily available from Alicante approx cost 45-50 euros and Murcia Airport cost around 30 euros.

Private pick up can be arranged again from Alicante approx price 50 euros and Murcia 30 euros.

Outside there is a lovely private pool, with covered bar area with fridges, a garden to the front. Views of a small pine forest, two commercial centres within walking distance with bars, restaurants, supermarket, tennis courts, dentist, banks etc.

Bus routes within minutes walk which will take you to local beaches, and main bus station of Torreveija.

The villa has 3 large terraces one covered at the front of the villa. Two large terraces off the upstairs lounge, one with views of the front garden the other with views over the pine forest and pool area. Parking for 4 cars. High wall running around the property making this very private.

No smoking inside the property, smoking allowed everywhere outside.

25% deposit required when booking is confirmed(non refundable), balance payable 4 weeks before departure date.

A 250 pound breakage deposit payable on arrival at property to the representative and refunded on departure date of the villa when inspection is complete.
