Access is ideal for those with limited mobility. The grounds have wide paths which give clear access to the apartment block. The apartment is easily reached from all floors including the underground parking area via a lift or the stairs. The apartment is on one level although there this is a small step over the patio door frame to gain access to the balcony.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja is 3kms away with great restaurants, shopping, marina, cinema & a waterpark, you really are spoilt for choice. For golf enthusiasts there are three championship golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, which are 15-20 min drive away, with all this on offer it is easy to see why this area of Costa Blanca has something for everyone.
Torrevieja area / Punta Prima, Torrevieja area
The nearest beach is 200m away right by the Nautilus Bar and Restaurant. With walkways all along the coastal area, beaches & coves are easily accessible, making it ideal for those who want to walk or cycle. On Punta Prima beach you can rent sunbeds etc, and the Punta Prima restaurant is a must to enjoy the views of the Mar Menor. The palm tree bay at Kings Land Beach is only 15 mins away, or why not hire a car and explore the many lovely beaches along the Costa Blanca & the Mar Menor. There is a go-kart track nearby for the more adventurous.
Car hire is available at both airports, even though not essential it is recommended if you wish to explore the area. Alternatively, we would be happy to arrange a transfer to and from the airport please ask for further details and costs.

Further details indoors: The apartment has both hot and cold air conditioning and underfloor heating in both bathrooms controlled by a thermostat. A fully fitted security alarm and safe is included in the apartment. There is a secure underground car park with an allocated parking space, lifts from the car parking area provide easy access to all floors. The apartment is suitable for all ages. Bicycles and baby equipment are available for hire at an additional cost.
Further details outdoors: Surrounding the pool area are beautiful tranquil gardens .The curved pathways around the complex give good access and there are seating and sheltered areas provided. The soothing sound of running water can be heard from water features within the gardens. There are 3 communal swimming pools, 2 have stepped access into them. All pools are surrounded with wooden decking and grassed areas for sunbathing & outside showers are available. There are sun loungers in the apartment for you to use at the pool area. As the day draws to a close the gardens and walkways are gently illuminated with street lanterns and low level lighting.
