Many guests don't hire a car when staying at La Cinuelica, however we do recommend a car if you wish to explore the area further.

This Southerly facing apartment is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold).
Through the front door you have the air conditioned living/dining room with 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa, wooden coffee table, wall unit, dining table and 4 dining chairs, information pack.
For entertainment you have a Television with English channels. There is a DVD player (please bring your own DVDs).
Through the archway you have the fully tiled, fitted kitchen with marble worktop and comprises large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, electric oven and hob, crockery, utensils and cutlery.
Through the door at the rear of the kitchen there is the washing machine and hot water heater.
The main bedroom with air conditioning has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers in each, 2 lamps, fitted wardrobe, long length mirror. Duvet for the winter, sheets for the summer.
The second bedroom with air conditioning has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, fitted wardrobe and bedside lamp. Duvet for the winter, sheets for the summer.
The large bathroom has a mirror, toilet, bidet, bath with shower over and sink.
Additional items in the property: fully air-conditioned (hot and cold), safe, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, parasol and base, clothes airer.

This 2 bedroom ground floor property is situated in the popular area of La Cinuelica, Los Altos, phase 14. 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja.
The property is 20 minutes walk from the beach. 5-8 minutes walk to the supermarket, within 15 minutes walk of bars, restaurants.
Parking is available on the quiet road near the property or in the secure underground car park.
There is a communal pool, in front of the property.
A few steps takes you to the property with a gate door onto the balcony area which has a table and 4 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass (or two!) of local sangria or beer.
6 Steps down from the balcony takes you to the patio area, which has been tiled and attracts sunshine for the majority of the day.

Bed linen and 1 hand and 1 bath towel per person are provided.
Beach/pool towels can be provided if required.
The apartment is suitable for families, couples, golfers. Due to the steps this property is not wheelchair friendly. Sorry, no teenage groups.
Pets are not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside only.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.
Hot/cold air-conditioning available throughout the year and is included in the rental price.
Welcome grocery packs are available available so if your flight arrives late, on a Sunday out of season or if you would like a cup of tea before setting off to do your shopping then we can provide items for your arrival.
Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday. Sunday only in the summer.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers any day of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys and shown around. The local area will be explained to you and any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
There are no additional costs for cleaning the property at the end of your holiday, unlike many operators.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


Walking distance ….
Several supermarkets, bars and restaurants of different nationalities.
The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk.
Driving distance ...
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.
Water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca.
The area boasts over 320 days of sunshine a year, making it an ideal winter and summer holiday destination.
The Torrevieja Area / Los Altos/Punta Prima area
Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
