This villa is very spacious, comfortable and relaxing with fantastic views of the mountains and salt lakes. You enter into the villa via the private front paved garden with lockable gates, steps lead to the covered porch area with table and chairs. Upon entering the front door you enter the large lounge/dining area with separate kitchen. The lounge/dining area has an extendable dining table and chairs, sideboard, a large sofa which seats 4, another 3 seater sofa and a coffee table.
There is an air conditioning unit which also converts to a heater in the lounge.
The kitchen is large and separate with modern kitchen units and granite work surfaces. There is an oven and hob with extractor fan,combination microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a back door leading to a private back patio area with washing line. A washing airer, iron, ironing board are also availble in the property. Downstairs there is a separate shower room with toilet and a storage cupboard under the stairs. The beautiful staircase is made of granite tiles and black wrought iron which takes you up to the other floors.
The next level has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed,ceiling fan, fitted wardrobe with drawers, bedside cabinets and benefits from patio doors leading to a private balcony with mountain and lake views. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds both have ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The bathroom is tiled and has a toilet, bidet, wash basin and a shower over the bath. On the third floor there is a large open roof solarium, with table and chairs and bbq, where stunning views of the salt Lakes and mountains can be seen. This area is ideal for sunbathing.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This part of the Costa Blanca offers a wealth of activities for all ages and interests! The famous Mar Menor is just 20km away and is a water sport paradise. Try jet ski or small boat lessons! If you prefer to remain on dry land, there are many golf courses in the surrounding area to try.
If the region's rich culture and history are more in your line of interest, then there are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west , Murcia to the west and Cartagena to the south - all of which are worth a visit.
Torrevieja area / Entre Golf - Villa Martin area
Torreveija area boasts many beaches, a water park, marina, shopping mall and a big Friday Market. Approximately a 10 min drive from the villa is San Miquel a small village with great restuarants and a Wednesday market. There are many local sandy beaches all within a 5-10 minute drive. Villamartin plaza boasts many restuarants and bars and is just 5 mins away by car or approximatley a 20 minute walk. The area has many golf courses with Villamartin being the nearest followed by Las ramblas and Campoamor and just a 15 minute drive will take you to the Polaris world golf courses and many others.
How to get there
The urbanization Entregolf is just 20 mins from San Javier (Murica) airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport.
There are hire car companies based at both airports.
Door to door directions direct to the villa are given upon booking.
Taxis are available at the airports or pick ups can be arranged.

Further details outdoors: The villa benefits from many outside areas such as a walled ground front garden with steps leading to a covered porch area with table and chairs. At the rear of the property and accessed by the kitchen door there is private walled back pation area. On the the second level the master bedroom has patio doors that open onto a private walled balcony with great views of the mountains. Finally, on the third level you have the large solarium with table and chairs, BBQ and room for sunbathing.
The property has shared use of the communal pool. The communal pool is just a minute's walk away and is accessed by a key given to you on arrival. The pool is surrounded by a grass area and has an area of the pool for children.

Please note there is a security deposit to be paid on arrival to the villa of £100 this is to cover the event of any breakages, damages, loss of keys or excess cleaning during your stay. This is fully refundable on the departure day.
Please note that there is also a 60 euro departure clean fee which needs to be paid on arrival to the villa for the cleaning of towels, bedding and basic clean of the villa on your departure (This is per villa and not per person)
Please note that occasionally the pool may be closed due to cleaning or other reasons that are beyond our control.
All guests are required to adhere to the rules of the urbanization including that of the pool and garden area.
CANCELLATION POLICY If you decide to cancel your booking then please see below as for the conditions regarding payments being refunded. Less than 6 weeks to arrival date - only the 20% deposit will be witheld and not refunded. If you have paid in full then this will be refunded minus the 20% deposit. 6-4 weeks prior to arrival date - only 50% of the full payment received will be refunded. less than 4 weeks to arrival date then total holiday cost will be witheld and no refund will be given.
