The apartment is in the Playamar area of Torremolinos which is situated between residential areas and holiday complexes. Only 10 mins by taxi from Malaga airport and a 10 minute walk into central Torremolinos. Located 5 mins walk from the popular beach resort and local amenities which include restaurants, bars, banks and shops. For the golfers amongst you, nearby is the Parador Malaga Golf which can be reached within minutes by car or taxi. Other Costa del Sol golf courses are easily accessed along the scenic coastal highways E15/N340.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The livley port of Benalmadena which stretches along the promenade to La Carihuela caters for all culinary tastes and is known throughout the region for its superb fish restaurants. Easy access to many famous areas within Andalusia including Nerja, Rhonda and the beautiful white washed hillside village of Mijas. 30mins drive away is Marbella and the "Rock" of Gibraltar IS a further 30 mins.
Torremolinos / Playamar area
Good transport links via rail/bus to Malaga or Marbella are within easy walking distance. Plenty of entertainment with 2 local aqua-parks, various daily markets and day trips all of which more information can be found at the local tourist office on the beach promenade.

Further details indoors: The large corner 3rd floor apartment is accessible by stairs or lift and is extremely light and airy with splendid views towards the port of Malaga and the vast Mediterranean.
It sleeps a maximum of 4 people and consists of 2 double rooms containing 2 single beds in each room, kitchen contains washing machine, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and full kitchen range of utensils, separate bathroom, bath/shower, wc and wash basin. The lounge overlooks the pool area and gardens and contains 2 sofas, sky tv, dvd/video and a hifi unit. Off of the hallway and lounge is a spacious dining area with table and chairs and a small balcony.
All linen is provided but we request you supply your own beach towels. Gated secure main pool that requires adult supervision of children. Immediately opposite the apartment block are a number of well known supermarkets that stock all the provisions you will require for your stay.
Smoking is allowed only outside on the terrace, please.

£100 deposit is required to confirm booking, balance due six weeks before departure.
£100 (pounds) or €140 (euros) is required when keys are exchanged as a breakage/key deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay.
Arrivals are accepted from 1pm onwards and we ask you to depart the apartment by 11am on the day of departure in order to clean and get the apartment
ready for the next visitors. Occasionally we may allow you to stay on longer if there is a late arrival time for the incoming visitors. This would have to be confirmed before departure.
To cater for the cheaper flights that are available from many European airports to Malaga, rentals starting on a weekday can be arranged.
