Open plan living/dining/kitchen which opens out onto a decked terrace with fantastic sea views, sunbeds and Rattan terrace furniture. The apartment is in a quiet residential development.
There is aircon in throughout the apartment, along with UK television and a DVD player. A selection of DVD's are provided for your enjoyment.
The property is on a hill, although only a 10 minute walk to the beach and is only a €6.00 taxi ride from the beach, after a day or night out.

The Costa del Sol is one of the world's top tourist destinations. It enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine per year and a high average temperature all year round, as well as being protected from the cold winds. Winters are mild, spring and autumn are delightful, and summers are hot but freshened by a sea breeze.
Another advantage of the area is the warm average temperature of the sea water, which ranges from 15 to 16 degrees in the winter months and around 20 degrees centigrade in summer. It is not unreasonable to assert, therefore, that the Costa del Sol has the best climate in Europe.
What is more, in this region you have the unique opportunity during the winter months to sunbathe on the beaches of the Mediterranean, and within two hours to be skiing on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada near Granada.
The Torremolinos / Montemar, Torremolinos area
There are many bars, hotels and nightspots, some with live music and. The local restaurants offer a wide variety of cuisine. For the energetic, there are discos and night clubs.
Within the local Carihuela pedestrians-only area, there are many interesting shops, selling clothes, leather, souvenirs etc, as well as the usual bakeries, banks, supermarkets etc. Within a short walk is an extensive hipermarket for all of your needs.
La Carihuela is at the centre of a long promenade, with its sandy beach, which stretches from Torremolinos to Benalmadena marina. There are all the usual facilities, including beach bars, sun beds and showers. For the more active water sports facilities include boat-hire, ‘banana’ boat, parascending and water skiing. The best water park on the coast it´s only a short distance, which can easily done by foot.

The apartment is a 12 minute taxi ride from Málaga airport, for approximately €20.00. Alternatively, the train terminal runs through the airport, from where it is only just over a 10 minute ride to el Pinillo station, for approximately €1.50 per person. From there you are a 5 minute walk to the apartment. There is plenty of on-street parking is you have a car.
Many airlines operate into Málaga, including EasJet, Ryanair, Thomson, all major and regional airlines.

hi,me and my partner are both 40ish and we have stopped in this apartment for the last 2 years.all i can say is i just wished we noticed it before staying at other hotels/apartments. this is a lovely self contained place with everything you could ask for to have a great holiday,the apartment has an amazing view overlooking the med and if you get up early enough you get a truly fantastic view of the sun arising from beyond the sea it really is fab.you get the sun all day every day.the place has a nice decked patio area with sunloungers,patio set,bbq,there is even a full dvd collection if you fancy having a night in,it has uk tv with freeview tv.this place really is a great location too if you are planning on seeing other areas of costa del sol.you are a 5 min walk from the train/bus link which runs all along the coast.it is also a 5 min walk to a massive supermarket.all in all i couldnt see us staying anywhere else on the costa we love it.steve and chelle.west midlands Response: We are so pleased that you had a great time in our "Home from Home" again.
