Erisa1 is built in traditional Andalusian style. It retains a peaceful tranquillity ideally situated for a restful holiday whilst still in the midst of all amenities. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 4 storey block with lifts to all floors. It has the advantage of a very sunny south facing balcony with sea views and overlooking beautiful private gardens and swimming pool. This property is not near any loud bars or discos making a very relaxing place to stay.

The apartment is just 5 minutes walk to the award winning Benalmadena marina a great place to grab a coffee and watch the world go by. There is also a superb choices of restaurants and bars within minutes walking distance along with Supermarkets and shops. The many places to eat include Italian Spanish Mexican Indian English and Chinese. Located at the marina is sea world a great place to go. For those of you who enjoy the water there is a good choice of boat trips that leave most days. With so much to do within walking distance a car is not necessary.Sheets and towels are supplied with the exception of beach towels.

The apartment includes a cosy lounge diner with Satellite TV , DVD, music system, sofa, sideboard and coffee table.It has a fitted kitchen with small oven and 4 burner hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster, iron and electric kettle and breakfast bar. The apartment is also fitted with a personal safe. The Bathroom has a large shower and vanity unit and wc. and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.

The apartment has a sunny south facing balcony with attractive, well maintained gardens with community swimming pool and sunbathing area. Access to the property is through a secure gated entrance.

There is a promenade running adjacent to the beach which is a lovely walk past bars and restaurants taking you to Carihuela - a traditional Spanish fishing village and onto Torremolinos. The nearby marina also has a sea life aquarium.

Costa Del sol has been a popular tourist international resort since the 1950:s but now benefits from a modern infrastructure and incomparable climate getting close to 300 days of sunshine each year.There are plenty of interesting places to visit including leisure parks, beautiful beaches , sophisticated marinas, wonderful golf courses, great restaurants and the Picasso Museum.


The apartment is within minutes of two spectacular beaches with many water activities and beach bar restaurants. Aqua park is a short 10 minute drive away and Sea Life centre is just a five minute walk away. For the more adventurous situated in the near by Arroyo del a miel cable cars will take you up into the mountains for breathtaking views of the coast line. Traditional spanish villages of Mijas and Benalmadena Pueblo are within 15 minutes by car.

"Very Good apartment"

Stayed over Christmas period 2013 and really enjoyed it here, nice place to be, quiet and secure yet close to everything you need. Would recommend to anyone.… More

the apartment is in a great location for the beach and shops the pool area is very clean and well maintain and the garden the view is lovely and great for a evening drink on the balcony
