Located in a beautiful rural setting surrounded by open country side. The swimming pool is only a few steps away.The villa has terraces surrounding both upstairs and down affording full sun or shade all day long.Perfect for young and old.

The entrance to the villa is on the ground floor where you enter into main living area. On the ground floor you will find 1 double bedroom, a twin bedroom and also a bathroom with shower. The open stairs then lead you up a third twin bedroom, a second bathroom with shower and also on to the sun terrace that surround the villa on two sides.

The villa is newly built and is part of a country development. The living and dining area is bright and spacious. The living area and bedrooms have been tastefully furnished and fitted to the highest standards. Private parking in driveway for three cars. There are two communal pools, local golf, historic Cities of Murcia and Cartagena, and beautiful beaches all within easy 10-20 mins travelling in a car. Also within 20 minutes drive can be found the idyllic Sierra Espuna nature reserve.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

The coastline of the Costa Calida or Spain ‘Warm Coast’ is justifiably named so as it is home to The Mar Menor, Europe's largest salt-water lagoon, over 170 square kilometres of temperate shallow water, which is divided from the Mediterranean by a 13-mile peninsula of land. On one side the Mediterranean shoreline offers a rugged landscape of beach coves and sheltered bays with natural sandy beaches while lying adjacent are natural salt lakes where people come daily to apply the mud from the bed of the lakes to their bodies then wash it off in the Mar Menor. The Spanish firmly believe that this process relieves aches and pains and is especially popular with those who suffer from arthritis and muscular problems.

Approximately 155 miles in length, Costa Calida begins in the North at the border of the province of Alicante and ends in the South in Aguilas, towards the border of Costa de Almera. In between the shores of the Costa Calida, a myriad of small towns like Los Urrutias, San Javier and Los Alcazares, which have a truly traditional feel to them and are starting to build small intimate residential areas for people who look for a different way to spend time in Spain. Situated in the welcoming province of Murcia, Murcia city is a historic centre that offers extensive shopping facilities, culture and diverse cuisine

Torre Pacheco / El Jimenado area

El Jimenado is a small rural village, a few minutes drive from Torre Pacheco.The area is also well known for its mild climate & enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year. The sun is at its hottest during the summer months, with temperatures rarely falling below 30°C (86°F). Winters are typically very mild with averages hovering around 18°C (64°F).

Golf is a massivley growing attraction in the area. Within 15 mins of the villa in any direction you can find numerous golf courses including the world famous Polaris World Group. (As advertised on TV.)

The Mar Menor is less than 15 minutes by car. There are many eating places of every description which are very reasonably priced. A visit to the beautiful city of Murcia is a must and again is only 15 minutes away by car. There is a vast assortment of shops. Another shopping attraction is Cartagena,a historic port which is only 10 minutes away. A trip to the port in the evening is recommended.

How to get there

San Javier (Murcia) Airport is 10 mins from the villa by car or Taxi. Alicante Airport is 1hr North by following the E70 motorway. Direct flights are availably from Glasgow Prestwick (Ryanair), Glasgow International (EasyJet) Edinburgh (FlyGlobeSpan & Jet2.com), Leeds, London and Luton. Car hire is readily available from www.carjet.com, Hertz, Avis etc.
