Villa Romanelli is within a 15 minute walk (5 minute drive) to the beach in the exclusive area of Torre delle Stella. Quiet and peaceful, yet only twenty minutes from the seaside resort town of Villasimius. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for fresh fish, meat and local produce, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private pool. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views. The pool-side patio is furnished to enable you to dine al fresco while watching a spectacular sunset. With three double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families. With access to the golf course in Villasimius, it’s a golfer’s haven.
Villa Romanelli is situated on one of Sardinia's series of beautiful mountains offering miles of fantastic hiking and cycling with stunning views. Also close to a diving centre offering diving lessons and great diving adventures amongst the many wrecks and ruins in the region.

The Sardinia region
Sardinia is equidistant from the Italian mainland and the North African coast. It boasts vast secluded white sand beaches interspersed with dramatic cliffs, mountains and placid lagoons. It is a land of many hidden beauties. Some of the worlds most ancient archaelogical sites are present in Sardinia such as the various Nuraghe that can be found scattered accross the island. There are many festivals and carnival prosesions that take place accross Sardinia throughout the year. Enjoy wine tasting and cooking classes, hiking, biking and archaeology, sailing through some of the clearest Mediterranean waters, boarding a vintage train for a journey across the island or enjoy the Sardinian handicraft heritage of jewelry, ceramics and rich textiles. The local cuisine boasts an assortment of fresh home made pasta, fine breads, shellfish, seafood salads, and fish soups, different types of cheese, besides the world re-known pecorino, game and roasted meat, and delicious gelato and local pastries.Sardinia is also home to great wine. Local winemakers have preserved ancient grapevines and traditional wine making techniques, producing some of the finest Italian wines. They produce beautiful red and white wines such as the Vermentino di Gallura, one of only four Italian DOCG wines, the prestigious Vernaccia di Oristano, the rich Cannonau, and the Malvasia di Bosa.
Torre delle Stelle area
There is plenty to see and do in this region. With the most stunning coast line, there are excellent sandy beaches tucked away at Cala Regina, Torre delle Stelle and Solanas. In nearby Villasimius, experience the hotbed of bars, pizzerias, boutiques and fantastic gelato! Or go for long walks on the vast white sand beach that runs for miles. The region offers fantastic diving as well!

Fly direct to Cagliari Elmas airport. Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk and Ryan Air. Meridiana has a direct flight to Cagliari from New York Villa Romanelli is a 30 minute drive from the airport. Car hire available from Avis, Hertz (www.hertz..it) and others (www.rent.it). Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. Refundable breakages deposit of £500 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure. (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking. The property is child friendly however the pool is not gated Children must be supervised.
