A charming private semi-detached Sardinia villa, sleeping 8 people and located on a hill facing the sea. The gated entrance is shared with the other part of the villa, but remains totally independent .
This property is spacious and airy, with loads of day light making it feels really homely. It is furnished to a highest standard in a contemporary but cosy style, with a comfortable and luxury furnishing.
The villa has lots of space both inside and outside and guests will can have a choice of a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or al fresco dining with your family and friends. It really is like a home away from home that you will remember for a long time.
The villa is about 150 square metres and the grounds extend to 1,800 sqm, built over two levels. There is a swimming pool of 13 m x 6 m with a depth between 1.55 m and 2.1 m. Walk to the beach approx. 800m down the hill; Drive to shops and restaurants approx. 2 Km.

Further details indoors: The villa is built in two levels. Access to the swimming pool area is over stone stairs. On the first level from the panoramic veranda overlooking the sea, the bay of Torre delle Stelle and the swimming pool, you enter the living area.
On the same level there is a separate kitchen and one bedroom suitable for a baby sitter/house maid. There is also a shower bathroom. From the living area there is a wooden staircase leading to the second floor.
On the second floor there is one double bedroom with a bathroom en-suite (bath) and a panoramic terrace facing the pool and the sea; two twin bedrooms (joinable) and another double bedroom with view over the sea. One bathroom with shower. No TV.
