Sleeps 6. 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms (4 single beds), two bed places in the dining room just for children (see the photographs), diningroom and kitchenette, bathroom (with shower), a big furnished veranda, big garden, outdoor bathroom, two showers outside with hot water, bbq, 2-3 cars parking spaces. The house is situated exactly behind the Torre delle Stelle Park with 6 tennis courts, 2 soccer courts, a volleyball court, a basketball court and a "rolling place". Two wonderful beaches in Torre delle Stelle (600 mt from the house), 3 restaurants, 2 markets, cash point, few bars.

The Sardinia region
Sardinia is famous all over the world for his wonderful beaches and sea. The weather is very hot from June to September (25° - 40°); in the other periods the temperature goes from 15° to 20/25° and also in winter it never goes under 10°.
Torre delle Stelle area
Torre delle Stelle is one of the most beautiful location in all the south Sardinia. In the South of Sardinia is the most uncontaminated area with a lot of green, two wonderful beaches that guarantee the possibility to enjoy the sea also in windy days. Ten minutes by car from Villasimius and 30 minutes from Cagliari. Activities in Torre delle Stelle: Diving, boats for rent, excursions, restaurants, pizzeria, bars, pharmacy, markets, little bars on the beach, horse riding. In summer the condominium organizes cinematic shows (outdoor cinemas) and puts on several shows as karaoke, pasquinade and bands etc..

- Fly to Cagliari airport. Torre delle Stelle is just 30 minutes (by car) from Cagliari airport (10 minutes to Villasimius) - Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk and from Ryanair.co.uk - Car hire service available at the airport of Cagliari - Local buses run regularly between the airport and Torre delle Stelle

Weekly prices are to be intended for 6 persons and (possibly) from saturday to saturday.
A special reduction of the 10% for all bookings of only 4 persons and of the 15% for only 2 persons.
Prefearred payment method via bank.
At the arrival a deposit of € 300 will be required and given back at the departure.
At the arrival the house will be free from 17:00 and at the departure the house must to be free before 10:00. For all arrivals after 20:00 an extra pay of € 50 will be required.
Electrical energy, water and gas cost € 20 per person per week.
Bedlinen and bathroom towels cost € 15 per person per week (on request).
Final house cleaning € 80.
