There are festivities, local and regional fiestas and just an everyday atmosphere of people coming together to enjoy the good things in life is everywhere to be found.

Torre Del Rico

This area is a beautiful part of spain which is not over developed but provides a holiday where you have the best of both worlds. The sanctuary that the property provides as well as the proximity to two lovely & lively Spanish towns. There are in both Pinoso and Jumilla real Spanish character, flavour and atmosphere. There are numerous options for eating and drinking, from the small local family run restaurants and pubs as well as internationally renowned restuarants and bodegas. The landscape is stunning, the local life is on your doorstep and the choice of activities, sightseeing and just taking in everything that Spain has to offer is within easy reach. "Relaxing"

What a wonderful place to stay. Magnificent views, Beautiful house. The property is set in its own grounds surrounded with fantastic views. The interior of the house has plenty of bedrooms, bathroom and communal/peaceful areas and outside has a fabulous pool area which has both covered sections for getting out of the sun and plenty of sun loungers for the sun lovers.
Out and About: Jumilla and Pinoso offer a full selection of shop, restaurants and bars. For people interested in the wine of the region will find numerous bodegas selling their wares at competitive prices. Jumilla has good bus links to Alicante and Murcia for those who like to travel further afield.

"Amazing Villa and Holiday"

We had the best holiday ever at this villa! It was enormous so if there are quite a few in your party you will have plenty of room. Inside the villa was very beautiful and rustic. You can see the owners have put their own stamp on it and made it very comforable but it also retains a certain charm. The outdoor space was huge. Very large pool and loads of sun loungers and seating areas. My two year old especially loved all the toys to play with.
The landscape is gorgeous and very peaceful but you are very near two towns with fantastic tavernas and pubs. The food and wine is of such a high standard and very cheap!!
If you want to see real spain for a fraction of the cost you must go here!!

We are so delighted that you had a great time and it was lovely to welcome you to our home and to this lovely part of Spain.
Thank you very much & best wishes

"The most perfect get away"

Myself and my three children stayed in this beautiful Villa for 12 luxurious days. The location is peaceful and breath-taking. The house has been renovated with love, care and attention and is of an extremely high standard. There is so much space inside, which benefits from all the home luxuries you could ever need, that you always have somewhere to relax and unwind.

The outside offers various large patios so you can follow the sun or chill out in the shade at anytime of the day. The large pool is big enough to dip your toes in whilst kids to spend all day playing. In actual fact it was difficult to get mine out!!!!! The outdoor pool room means it's easy to keep everything wet outdoor which is a huge bonus with little ones around.

When you venture out of the relaxing villa grounds you are within easy reach of two main towns and many little villages. There is plenty to do in the towns, shopping, nightlife, dinning, sightseeing and relaxing and the villages also boast many unique wine making bodegas and bespoke dinning experiences.

The value for money is second to none and the local wine and food produce is a delight.

Sheila & Steve are perfect hosts and make your enjoyment on holiday their priority. We cannot wait go back and enjoy it all over again.

Thank you so much for this lovely review and the positive feedback about your holiday experience. It is great to know the children really enjoyed their holiday and this made a more relaxing break for the adults.
Thanks again for taking the time to write this lovely review.
best wishes

"The real deal"

This house was wonderful while retaining many of its original features it also offered every modern convenience for hassle free holiday. It is the most spacious house I have ever holidayed in and allowed lots of get-togethers but, when desired, everyone could find their own special place to relax and have some quiet time. The pool area is again particularly spacious. The views of the surrounding hills and mountains add to the pleasure of being outside. At night the area becomes quite magical with beautiful starry nights which added to the enjoyment of having meals and drinks outside. We loved the house so much we did spend a lot of time in and around the pool. The house is situated between the two towns of Jumilla and Pinoso. When we did venture out we were delighted to find wonderful, Spanish restaurants that offered excellent local food at amazingly low prices. There are many bars to enjoy excellent, Spanish coffee, fantastic wines and, for us, the pleasure of seeing Spanish people in their own locality enjoying life. The hospitality was as warm as the weather.

Thank you so much. This area has so much to offer and we are delighted you enjoyed your holiday experience.
