Villa Jessica is a beautifully presented family villa located in a truly stunning location on a private and gated road 1Km north of the Spanish ‘White Village’ of Sayalonga on the Costa del Sol. The house is superior as a holiday villa - it is maintained to an exceptionally high standard and is furnished aesthetically and extremely comfortably.
In a perfect location, Sayalonga is ideally situated, breathtaking views to the sea and mountaines but not too far inland, in fact only a 20 minute drive with no tracks to contend with - tarmac all the way!
The villa offers dramatic views down onto the village and over the myriad of other white villages dotted across the mountains opposite. There is a good view of the sea and it is even possible to see the rock of Gibraltar and as far as North Africa on a clear day.
Ideal for couples or families looking to relax and get away from it all whilst only a short drive away from activities such as the Waterpark at Torre del Mar and the Caves at Nerja.
Excellent area for walking with an abundance of natural park areas, close to beaches and only 25 minutes to the centre of Nerja, a pretty coastal town with several restaurants and good shopping.
There are a good assortment of excellent restaurants locally and in the surrouding villages and the house has DVDs, an XBox and an assortment of games to ensure children are kept amused.
An outside casita with sink, 2nd fridge, washing machine and BBQ means you can truly live the mediterranean outdoor life with cold drinks and snacks at hand poolside!

For trips further afield, visit Gibraltar, Seville, Rhonda or Granada for historic tourist day trips. In the winter months, visit the ski slopes in the Sierra Nevada, about 1.5 hours by car.
In the summer, it's normally too hot to want to do anything energetic apart from the water parks and playing in the pool or on the beaches.
Torre del Mar / Sayalonga area
The Spanish love to party and festivals and carnivals are a year round event, beginning in January with the festival of the kings, Easter sees the big carnival in Malaga, May is the village Nispero festival, July and August sees each village stage its own carnival that is normally a 3 day event!
Lake Vinuela is around 30 minutes away and many water activites take place here.
How to get there
Travel by plane to Malaga a short 40 minute drive to the villa - all airlines offer good deals but don't overlook British Airways who regularly offer the cheapest seats from Heathrow or Gatwick.
The budget airline Ryanair offers excellent value flights from Stansted to Granada from as little as £25 per person including taxes.

Further details indoors: Important note: The heating/cooling is advertised as "air conditioning". There is no traditional aircon units as the state of the art thermostatically controlled underfloor system installed is actually superior in efficiency and also is not detrimental to health! (Heating/cooling if required incurs a charge of 50 euros per week).
The house is on 2 levels, is tiled throughout and furnished to a high standard. There is also a 7m x 3m swimming pool.
The living room is furnished to a high standard with chocolate brown leather suite, oak dining table and matching brown leather chairs to seat up to 8 people. TV Unit (BBC/ITV etc, DVD, Video recorder & XBox installed) and feature log burning fire place.
A feature archway from the dining area leads into the spacious kitchen. Fully fitted to a high standard with marble worktops and well equipped with modern appliances (fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc) and a good assortment of glassware.
Study area. Al fresco eating with covered pergola and terrace and for amusing young children whilst the adults relax and enjoy the sun - XBox installed with a whole variety of games for all ages!
Downstairs WC includes wash hand basin, laundry facility with Bosch washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Bed 1 - King size bed, large fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room, patio doors to roof terrace with views to mountains. Bed 2 - Double bed patio doors to roof terrace and sea views. Bed 3 - Twin beds, fitted wardrobes, view to pool and mountains.
