About the home

If you love the mountains, hiking, nature and impressive landscapes; if the idea of living in a lovingly restored farmhouse surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards, appeals, this is for you. Sun by a the pool, watching the hawks circle overhead, while sipping the local wine, or head off to explore thousand year old Abbeys, and local restaurants; pack a delicious picnic and hike off into the hills - or drive to the Adriatic and play at the beach. The full house is composed of three units; two autonomous units, each with queen-sized bed in a curtained nook, private en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet, plus a small kitchen with cook-top and microwave; sliding doors open to your own terrace, a barbecue and a view that goes forever. A third larger apartment with a large sitting room, fireplace, kitchen and sleeping loft links the other two to make a full house sleeping up to eight.

For couples or smaller families, there are two large apartments in a short distance away.

Only 20 minutes from the Adriatic coast and many fine beaches, here is a chance to enjoy mountains and beach, nature and hill towns, all from your delightful vacation home. The casale is easily accessible by car or train from either Rome or Pescara, each in turn served by a wide choice of low-cost and regular airlines. You will be in the centre of 2 Mountain ranges, Gran Sasso and Maiella, and 2 National parks. Skiing in Winter, beaches in summer, and hiking and climbing all year long are all on offer.

The Casale ,set in the midst of its own vinyard and olive groves, offers its guest high quality wines and oil to sample on site or buy an take home f as gifts or as a great souvenir.

The Torre dei Passeri area

Do not miss the stunning 9th-12th century Abbazia di San Clemente, the Case di Dante cultural centre, or the Palazzo Mazzara just some of many historic monuments nearby. The area is also known for incredible hermits' dwellings hidden away in remote area of the mountains. They make a great destination for a picnic and a hike.

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, the balance is payable 60 days before the arrival date, unless your booking is made within a 60 day period of your arrival date, in which case 100% of the rental due is required to secure the booking. The cancellation of a confirmed booking entails the forfeiting of all payments made. However, every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 25% service charge. If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
