Down a knoll and separated by trees and shrubs is a lovely separate house where there are two autonomous apartments. Each offers comfortable accommodation for 2 or 4 people. Each apartment has a private bedroom with a queen-sized bed, plus a mezzanine up a flight of steps with twin beds that are convertible to King. There is a full bathroom with shower and bidet, plus a small kitchen with stove and microwave. Sliding doors open to your own terrace, and a view that goes forever. There is a large sofa and chairs for relaxing, and dining table and chairs for 4 . The pleasant circular pool is shared with the other house.

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, the balance is payable 60 days before the arrival date, unless your booking is made within a 60 day period of your arrival date, in which case 100% of the rental due is required to secure the booking. The cancellation of a confirmed booking entails the forfeiting of all payments made. However, every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 25% service charge.
