Pueblo Latino or "Latin Village" is a complex of 2 bedroomed, spacious ground and first floor apartments set in quadrangles boasting vistas of the communal pools and well maintained gardens.
Built in a cross between Andalucian and Moorish style , the properties are over 20 years old. They are still a massive favourite with Spanish visitors every July and August as they are tucked away in a hidden location and ooze charm and character.
The white sandy beach is a 2 minute stroll and the quaint, picturesque marina is overlooked by beachside cafes , restaurants and bars offering fine Spanish cuisine.
Those who do not require a beach holiday may relax around the communal pool which is private to the complex having ample shade under the palm trees for those who do not wish to sit in the sun.

Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and share a large full bathroom.with bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The lounge is spacious with room for a sofa bed for extra guests as well as a dining room table and chairs. Bearing in mind that for the majority of the year you can eat on the ample outside terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and is larger than most holiday homes provide.
Heating is provided for the cooler winter nights and airconditioning for the summer may be supplied on request.

Upon leaving the secure gated complex on your way to the beach you will encounter a small plaza ( square) which
has restaurants offering different types of international cuisine, plus a small all purpose supermarket ( the nearest large supermarket you will have seen on your way in off of the main road, this also sells english products). There are cafeterias and tapas bars in the square for those who just require a snack , some of these are only open during peak season. For all year round dining you will need to go to the plaza near the marina, this is a pleasant walk (approx 5 minutes) along the road adjacent to the seashore.
For those not wishing to drive, this is an ideal location, however should you wish to go further afield there is a local bus service to Torrevieja or Cartegena, and a taxi rank at the main plaza.
The property is designed for 4 persons but sofa/zedbeds are available if you have some extra guests.
Linen and towels are provided but we ask that you bring your own beach towels.
Departure clean is included in the rental tariff.. If you require a mid stay clean then we ask you to arrange this with our on site agent and they will charge you directly on site.
The apartment is available for weekend getaways, short breaks, weekly and long term lets.
Short stays are payable in advance by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed with the rental agent.

The Valenciana region

Costa Blanca , literally in English "White Coast") refers to the over 200 kilometres of coastline belonging to the province of Alicante in Spain. The name "Costa Blanca" was devised as a promotional name used by BEA when they launched their air service (for £38.16s.-) between London and Valencia in 1957. It has a well-developed tourism industry and is a popular destination for British and German tourists. It extends from the towns of Dénia in the north, beyond which lies the Costa dels Tarongers, to Pilar de la Horadada in the south, beyond which lies the Costa Cálida. It includes the major tourist destinations of Benidorm, Alicante, Dénia and Xàbia.
Torre De La Horadada
Torre de la Horadada is one of the most southerly resorts on The Costa Blanca. It has fine sandy beaches and a good range of facilities- shops, bars restaurants and Pilar de la Horadada ( closest main town )even has a cinema that shows English films on a regular basis.
The weather is warm and sunny all year round and the resort enjoys a temperate Mediterranean climate of hot summers and mild winters- a perfect place to enjoy your vacation.
There are ample beaches for sun worshippers as well as numerous golf courses for those who like a more active holiday ( Villamartin, Campoamor, LasRamblas, Las Colinas and Lo Romero )
There are fiestas virtually all year round, the most prestigious being the Moors and Christians where you will see pageants, processions and local splendour.
